Great customer service at the checkout!! Alison was very friendly and engaging while checking us out. Need to keep more employees checking customers out and bagging groceries!!! Having a friendly smile and awesome service truly matters!! Alison provided this experience!!

Walmart, this should be your model store, inside and out, first the inside was so clean, the employees wanted to be there and loved their job, second everything was in place and nothing was out of order, third and most important the outside was immaculate there was only 5 baskets on the entire parking lot... And they had just opened,,,, wtg Walmart wtg,,,, this should be your idea for every location,,,, they got it right here

Anything with Super and Store associated with the name, well I love it. But this day was different than any other. I caught a ride with family and friends. And on this special day I just got the news that I was approved of disability, which I have been fighting for 5 years. So I'm waiting for our friends and family to finish talking I headed toward the lottery machine so I tried to stick in a $20 bill to purchase each $2 ticket. That one did not work so I tried another one and when that one also did not work I stuck in a $100 dollar bill Never been so embarrassed as nothing happened because when I called for help they made me feel as if I was a liar but I'm sure it's in there. As one employee after another, open the machine, close the machine looked at me as again I was a liar so I asked them to look at the camera. They did an employee came out open up the machine a final time and examine it closely to find that the machine head tore up my bill. They eventually replaced by hundred-dollar Bill but it was very very embarrassing.

Had two new tires put on my car and the customer service was awesome Austin and the other two gentlemen were very respectful and met my every need I will definitely be back

This Wal-Mart Super Center was located just minutes outside of downtown Hot Springs. It was nice to have one so close for any of those forgotten items on our trip.

Clean and organized Walmart close to Ouachita Lake. Employees were helpful when needing assistance.
There was a lottery ticket machine and atm available.

Walmart enjoyed looking and shopping..One thing I dont like the pharmacy should wait till all you prescriptions are ready than give you a half a dozen phone calls..I'm old its annoying...work smarter not harder...but I love walmart

One of the best Walmarts around. I took my son in for a haircut at the salon inside. They hooked him up really good.

This Walmart reminds me of the old school brown buildings from back in the day - the classic lower ceilings, the feeling that everything you need can be found in one place, every employee is nice, even the locals make the experience more enjoyable than other locations. Definitely recommend this one if you're on that side of town!

Visiting and getting a tired patch so had a little time to kill. Extremely different set up from our multiple local Walmart stores but I loved what I saw. Not a very frequent shopper in my local area but I definitely saw things here ours didn't have. Not the mention the setup of the store was extremely nice! I didn't actually make it through the grocery section but passing by I will admit I was jealous and wish our local stores looked like this. Definitely left with more than a tire patch!

Great helper at self checkout. No matter how much we hate self checkout it is our new now. The employees don't like any better than we do. Can't shoot the messenger. I shop our local Walmart for the sales and clearance items. Only posting this before it triples in price. LOL.
