I came in this morning after my battery had given up the ghost on me and I was looked after literally the moment I entered the store. I don’t recall the gentleman’s name who assisted me but he helped me choose out a battery, fit it, and go through the process with me. Super quick and exceptional service that was gratefully appreciated by my family. This isn’t the first time I’ve been to this location and left feeling that I’ve been looked after and my needs taken care of.

I can honestly say I’ll be an auto zone customer for life. I was so very impressed with their customer service yesterday. Dan, the manager was so kind to help me install my battery in my RV. Then Taylor was so kind to help me check all the fluids and make sure it was road ready. I blindly bought a vintage airstream motorhome and had no idea where everything was. I would honestly make the trip again just to visit this location. They truly care and are very knowledgeable. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. We made it home safe with NO issues thanks to you!

They were so awesome when I returned a part with no receipt. Also were grateful that the dealership for the car informed them they had parts that were recalled.

My kiddo Just had surgery right before and I was utterly exhausted and unprepared for auto issues today.

But the team was very sweet and compassionate and got my battery swapped for me and made sure the Tahoe started.

Best experience ever! I'm a girl who knows nothing about cars, my battery died and I was stranded after work. I got a ride to this store and got there at 8:59... And they let me in with a smile! Tested my battery, found me a new one at the best value, and I felt very comfortable and the employees were helpful and friendly. And the cherry on top: 10 minutes later, Taylor shows up at my work (I told him where) with a toolkit and offers to help install it. Absolutely above and beyond!! Highly recommend.

I was pretty much stranded with a non functional alternator and a battery that was not suitable for my push button staring vehicle (unbeknownst to me at the time).
After limping my way here, the crew at this particular spot informed me about AGM batteries and how they are needed for vehicles with that technology. Unfortunately, I didn't have the means to purchase yet another battery and was in a pretty big dilemma. Thankfully, the store manager figured out a way to remedy this for me and I was merrily back on the road and on my way home stress and anxiety free.

I was on my way home to SLC, about a four-hour drive, and my front right bumper had fallen off on the bottom (the plastic part) and was dragging on the road. I was nervous that it would pull my bumper off completely. I went in looking for something to temporarily hold it up until I could get it fixed, and the gentleman that helped me (didn’t catch his name, but white-haired, tall, and with glasses) immediately came to look at my car and got me some ultra-strong tape they use in the back and didn’t even charge me. He was extremely helpful and got me on the road so quickly! He was so kind. I am so grateful. If I ever find myself with car issues in St. George again, this is where I’ll be going! Thanks AutoZone and especially to the wonderful associate that helped me!

I don’t know a whole lot about cars and always get a little anxious going into places like this but I went in and got my battery tested and replaced so quickly. I didn’t get anyone’s name but every one working there was so kind to me and so helpful which I really appreciated!

I had my car at shop in town for three days and they told me I was crazy. Nothing wrong with my car .I went to this auto zone and was helped by Addie,( I think ) she didn't hesitate to go out into rain to hook up the computer and in two seconds found out my alternator was bad. Even found the best price for me. I was treated with respect by her and the store manager noth and I can not tell you how much thateans. I will only go to the auto zone on bluff from now on . Everyo else should too they are the best in town!!

The manager and whole team are awesome! Super friendly and helpful. Tino swapped out a defective battery for me and was doing great job training the new employee at the same time. Professional, helpful, friendly. I drive across town to come to this location because of the employees. Top notch!
