Market Basket

Market Basket has everything you need for your daily groceries and more. The prices are very competitive and the staff is friendly, helpful and pleasant. You can tell the management appreciates their employees as it shows in their pride of their company.

The depth of their stock, especially in groceries, has increased in the past few months. I find very interesting things to purchase that I haven't seen in a while or ever. It shows that the Market Basket, product buyers and administrators are doing their best to keep prices low and creativity in their supplies for us shoppers.

There are certain things that this store does that only makes it more endearing to all of us who frequent it. For instance, this holiday season with Thanksgiving and Christmas, items in are stock for the holidays like flower, sugar, cranberry sauce are on sale and come with low prices for all our needs of this time of the year.

Best in quality, quantity, and customer service. I've tried other supermarkets but none can measure up to Market Basket. Oh! Best prices too!

The other morning I was getting ready for work and nothing sounded good for lunch. I called the Chelmsford Market Basket and asked when they started taking lunch orders (08:30, just so you know). I was a little bummed because I wouldn’t be able to leave work but Nicole did me a solid. She told me that she would make the sandwich. It’s something little but that made my day. 💖

The employees at the market basket are an incredible example of human kindness and honesty! I left my handbag(full of money and credit cards) and was amazed to find it at the costumer service desk . I was touched my Ethan who bought in handbag from the cart. Big thank you to Ethan ! I hope management is able to give this young man some kind of reward or recognition for his amazing actions tonight. I can’t thank you enough Ethan 🙌🏻

Ran in for a quick item. Upgraded parking lot. It's nice.

Nice location! The sushi is good but it used to be better.

Had everything I needed. Was pretty busy. Snow storm coming in but they were still well stocked even with everyone preparing for the storm.

Great supermarket and great prices. Just a quick stop, but I found what I was looking for.

Excellent selection and reasonably priced. We got 4 large subs for $22. And they are huge. 14 pieces of bacon on a BLT!

The only place I shop either at Towne Plaza or Wilmington store. Always find what I need and if unable to locate an item on my list , employees are always willing to help.

Great selection, except for packaged fruits and vegetables, then again maybe they restock on Monday. Good prices, great sales. Great choice of prepared meals as well.

Excellent Market basket. As busy as this location is they always have enough in stock. Checking out varies but overall great Market basket to shop at.

In-N-Out stopped in for a quick drink and some paper towels it was nice and quiet in there they're not as busy since they opened the New market basket

Store is great but some customers are not nice, not as bad as the shoppers in the leominster location in the old Sears town mall.

Very well run store. Clean. In-stock. Well kept. Extensive variety and selection. Well trained, efficient and friendly associates. Always busy but always a great shopping experience. Wish we had this in our town.

It was great. The feeling of over enjoying to buy lots of great foods and drinks. It's very exciting. It has all the variety you need to choose from.

The kitchen meals are amazing. I love them for lunch through the majority of the week. There is a great variety when it comes to just what you can get. When you know what you want to get and execute the plan then it is a satisfactory experience.

Excellent selection. Lowest prices of any grocery store in the area. Fantastic customer service. I love Market Basket for these reasons. Since I started shopping with them, any time I have had to stop into a different grocery store chain in a pinch, I am less than impressed and miss MB. Luckily, in this area, there always seems to be a Market Basket nearby when I am running errands. I enjoy the Chelmsford location in particular because of the great variety they carry and they always have everything I need. It is also not crazy crowded even at peak shopping times. Even if the lines look long, there isn't a long wait because the staff are efficient and well trained. Customer service and low prices are consistent across the board for all of their locations.
