Shelves are well stocked. Last time I went was on Black Friday so it was a madhouse... but selection was still there and so many different craft themes and art supplies.

I was sent on a mission from work to buy 24 wreaths and a few other decorations for the holidays - on Cyber Monday, of all days. David helped me out and could not have been more kind and patient with me. He was extremely helpful with helping me pick out the right options, and staying within budget. David then helped me load everything into a truck which was more helpful than he knows because I’m not a tall person lol a big shout out to him! This is always a tough time of year in retail and this team could not have been more friendly and helpful. Tina was fantastic at the register and keeping me organized. Kevin was also keeping the line moving and entertained! There were a ton of other customers amongst all of my chaos that I brought, and they handled everything like champs. I vote for raises for everyone. They deserve it.

Always has the art items my wife is looking for. Place was clean. Checkout was little slow but there was three folks tending to a rush of customers. I was in the store and do not know where the customers came from but dang almost flash mob. Christmas rush. Girls at count handle fine even the difficult customers.

Everyone was very helpful, but Cher was VERY VERY patient and friendly ringing up an immense amount of florals and glitter. She was super helpful and kind. She should get a rise for putting up with people like me with massive carts!!

I was so excited for the frame sale! They had frames for a dollar. And even some for 5 dollars, which was amazing. Especially because my brother and his wife just had a baby. They have the best sales. And I can't wait for the $10 mystery boxes.

I dashed in like a lunatic for last minute supplies. Store was FULLY stocked with everything. Clean, neat, and orderly. The whole team was overall just great, kind, and sweet. We even had a race to see who could find the 20% off coupon first at the register. She won. I lost, but... still won with the great interaction AND the discount. Thank you. Meanwhile the team was helping the nice lady in front of me carry her stuff to get vehicle. Just a really great experience! Thanks ya'all.

My go-to store for crafts. I crochet, make personalized tumblers, sew, bake, cook, basically any craft possible and do a smidgen of photography as well.

The Halloween decore is out! And they're setting up the Christmas decore! We went for yarn and found everything we needed.

Always love Michaels selections and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Great Michaels location. I visited in mid-September. Unfortunately, almost all the fall decorations were gone, replaced with Halloween decorations, and it seemed that Christmas and winter items were making their way in by all the empty shelves at the front of the store. I was able to find what I needed with no issues.

Was able to find odd sized frames here. Ask the staff about strange sizes and they will their best to assist you.

Large assortment of arts and crafts, spent a decent amount of time browsing.

Staff are welcoming and helpful.

My wife's in a wheelchair so they usually go out of their way to help her get stuff ask any questions that you have highly recommended good place

Very nice store big clean the bathroom was clean but I out my way and my wife didn't find what she wanted but very nice store probably end up going there again nothing stood out any different than any of the other Michaels I've been to

I have to say, the employees at this particular Michaels are both friendly and extremely helpful. I had thoughts that I ordered something online, and I went to this Michael’s to pick it up. Unfortunately something went wrong with the online order, and they didn’t have my item. But each and everyone of the employees made the utmost effort to accommodate me and what I was looking for. In the end, one of them did indeed find the item I was after, and I very much appreciated their thorough efforts! They didn’t just say “sorry, we don’t have it, we can’t help you“. They actually tried to problem solve, and ended up really helping me out. I was coming all the way from Easton, so I was glad I didn’t waste the trip! It was the smallest, stupidest little item too, so I was just really impressed with how kind and friendly they were to me the whole time. In fact three different employees we’re all equally understanding and I want them to know that I appreciated their efforts. I would highly recommend this Michaels!

I just got back from getting some framing done, which I know nothing about. The employees were all extremely helpful and helped me select what I needed. I really appreciate the friendly staff making the process painless. I also ended up spending much less than I anticipated, which is always a plus.
