Amazing staff!!! I went to Banana Republic in Warrington looking for a dress to wear to my brother's wedding. The moment I stepped in the door a woman greeted me and was sooooo very helpful. Her name is Mrs. Hammel.
Within minutes she had 3 dress for me to try on . I feel in love with my dress and would never had tried it on without her. Such a great experience. And my husband loves my dress too

The young man here was so kind and so inviting and so polite! He helped me with so much patience to figure out what to buy! This was around Christmas! Buying a Christmas gift for my brother! Great service! Wish it was bigger store! But other than that great experience!

I have shopped in many BRs and this store is one of the better ones I have been in. The store is always clean and organized, plus the staff is so helpful and friendly yet not pushy at all! This is a premium clothing store, great for business casual styles that are of HIGH QUALITY. I don't understand why people give bad reviews because "prices are too high" , when BR is known as a premium clothing store, grow up. Reviews are meant to comment on shopping experience, the effectiveness of the products being sold and customer service. The prices are actually rather reasonable for this level of quality, they frequently run big sales/promos and their prices are still 20 times lower than places like Nordstrom's. 5/5 for me!!!
