I can't say enough about Don's Appliances. My old refrigerator went right before Christmas and they were here before 8 AM the day after Christmas to put my new refrigerator in. The two installers that they sent were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They performed a flawless installation in under two hours, an installation that normally would take a half of a day. They were extremely thorough and cleaned everything up before they left. This is a first class organization from the top down. I have worked with them for almost 20 years and they have never let me down. In a day and age where poor service is the norm, Don's Appliances is a refreshing bright spot in an otherwise mediocre at best service industry. I would recommend Don's 100 times over.

My new refrigerator was delivered today an hour earlier than expected ! Guillermo and associate were very prompt and courteous! They removed my old refrigerator and replaced it with minutes and it looks wonderful! Thank you Don's Appliances!!!

Jonny and his helper, were very nice, helpful , Courtesy, very quick as well. Took great care while moving stuff in n out, cleaned up and took out any of the refrigerator wrapping and stuff. 2 of nicest n most professional guys I’ve seen in ages. Also 2 just happy n helpful people.

I could not be more pleased with the purchasing assistance and initiation of the installation process, including help with assigning an experienced crew for delivery. Thank you very much.
Also, I want to express my gratitude to Victor and his assistant for their professionalism, imagination and persistence with the delivery and installation of my new appliances to the second floor of my home. Don's Appliance is synonymous with Pittsburgh, Service and History. They even outlived Sears. Quality Sales and MGMT., Logistics and Installation.I could not have been happier. I would highly recommend Don's Appliance after my experience with them in the purchase of my new refrigerator. After initially ordering the refrigerator with a "big box" store, only to find that delivery would be 2-1/2 wks out, then the next day being told that it would be an additional 3 weeks. I cancelled the order and called Don's, and was lucky enough to have spoken with Zach Culley from the Upper St.Clair office. Zach was highly knowledgeable, professional and responsive. My refrigerator was delivered the next day. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, because I had the handle moved to the right side, it was delivered with a "puncture" hole at the top left of the freezer. I emailed Zach, who responded immediately, telling me that they had forgotten to put the "whirlpool logo" on when they moved the handle, and he set up a time for a technician to come to remedy the situation. Don's Appliance is lucky to have Zach work for them, and I was lucky to have the opportunity to work with him. He was amazing!!

My husband had emergency surgery and while he was in the hospital, our washer decided to stop working.
Once my husband was discharged, we headed to Don's Appliance for a new washer. Bob (our sales rep and angel for the day) made it easy peasy for us and scheduled our delivery for the next available business day.
With Don's get communication, we were ready for when Guillermo and his team arrived. Guillermo and his team are TOP NOTCH!!!

Couple days after the delivery, the refrigerator will not work to get cold. I was advised that the drivers were not really careful with the refrigerator when unloading it from the truck. Now all of the food we had is in the trash. Also waiting for a call back to see what happens next.

I called Don's Appliances yesterday and without any issue or trouble they scheduled an exchange for this morning. So the drivers today were different guys and friendly. This unit was brand new this time out of the box. The driver said that the new fridge door was dented and used the door from the previous one. So I want to thank Don's Appliances for taken care of us. I will recommend to friends and family and even co-workers.

Don's did a great job for me. My washer broke Friday night, went in Saturday morning to the Robinson store and the new washer and dryer was delivered Sunday morning. Sales experience with Bob was friendly and quick, I had to be somewhere, and very easy. Delivery team was friendly, professional and did an amazing job. Outstanding service before and after the sale. Everyone involved is friendly and helpful. Their communication during the delivery process is the best I’ve ever experienced. I can’t articulate enough how stress free it is working with them. On top of that, they have great brands at competitive prices.

This review sounds like a commercial, but it’s all true. I highly recommend Don’s to anyone shopping for appliances.

I've been using Don's Appliances for years now and they are amazing. We own a property management company and are in need of a good, reliable and affordable company. They fit the bill in all categories! In this particular case, my client saw a "Black Friday" special and asked me if my guys could match the price. Not only did Jeffrey match it, he beat it with a complete install and items needed for the install.

I can't say enough good things about these guys, local, reliable and very reasonable.

Second time around turned out great. The two guys that were here this morning did wonderful. These guys brought everything they needed to do the job as the first installers failed to do. They were not in a hurry to finish taped the duct work back up.. outstanding.. but I am very pleased with these two men you sent to instal the microwave.. well done guys you are welcome back anytime. Just wished they were the guys when I had the first microwave installed.. great job. Very satisfied. I would have a gave them a 10 but 5 was the highest.. thank you guys.

Our salesman , Greg, was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions about which product we wanted. Delivery was on time and the APP allowed us to follow and see where our product was. Delivery guys were awesome and installation went very well. So far the oven looks good, can't wait to try it out.

They removed their shoes immediately when they arrived.

Purchased a freezer on Wednesday, it was delivered on Saturday no charge. They offered haul-away if I was replacing an item as well. The delivery crew was amazing, driving through a snow storm and shoveling the road to ensure they could deliver the freezer. I tried to cancel that day due to my street being on a steep hill and worried their truck would not be able to make it safely but they still completed the delivery within the window. I will purchase from Don's moving forward.
