Tiny Box Vape Shop

Trying to quit smoking for some time now. Went out to another vape shop and got some bad advice to where I feel like I ended up smoking more. These guys in tiny box just straight up blew my mind in such a great way. Feel like I'm walking out of there with a plan for success. Didn't gash me on price and it wasn't a sales pitch that I was getting. They were genuinely interested in making sure that I was satisfied. Even if it meant down the road they would lose a customer. They fill your mind with great knowledge and ultimately made the whole experience Incredible. I highly recommend this place. Thanks boys. I appreciate all your help.

No matter the location tinybox has great people and gives a barbershop atmosphere, a place to come and vent a little about life before purchasing supplies.
Plus prices and promotions it's pretty much Disney for people who vape in the Pittsburgh area.

Extremely knowledgeable people if your looking to quit smoking. I prefer the Kennedy store but all the same great people at both

Fairly new customer and I’ve been there a handful of times but I must say that Gavin has been there each time and is the freaking man. I bought a vape with some advice from him that was really handy and was super pleased. A couple days later I started having issues with my system and went back to the shop where my boy Gavin was super helpful and got me right. Super friendly and great customer support… will be returning 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Came here for years. They help my mom with any vape issues she had, and believe me she has had a few. Cant recommend them more!

09/23/23 - I left my initial review a couple years ago and thought I would leave an update. Previously I was purchasing things for a family member but I recently purchased a vape for myself, my first. The guy with glasses(whose name I can't recall) waited on me and his product knowledge and customer service are excellent. Pricing is reasonable and the selection is large. The only suggestion I would make would be to offer some sort of variety pack or product sampler. Overall however I cannot say enough good things about Tiny Box and will definitely be a return customer.

Really nice staff. Big selection. The caramel macchiato is very good.

It’s the vape store of the area right now. They have probably whatever I’m looking for or something else to try.

Had what I needed and actually open past 8, unlike every shop near me. Gavin knows his stuff; very helpful, easy to talk to (good taste in music too). I appreciate that! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer, despite the 40 minute drive.

This place is great. You walk in and feel at ease.. they are like a fun family. Super friendly.. and very knowledgable. These guys know what they are talking about! And they obviously care. I HIGHLY recommend.
Update: I walked in here almost 2 years ago, trying to quit smoking. The owner told me exactly what I needed, let me try a bunch of different juices, and explained everything to me. I haven't touched a cigarette since the day I left. I'm so thankful. After 15 years of smoking, I quit!

After quitting smoking and moving to disposable vapes that left my mouth in horrible condition I decided to try a "real vape" instead-
This place was awesome, I was nervous they wouldn't want to deal with me bc I had my two kids in tow but they were full of knowledge, told me what I had been doing wrong, and were just so overall kind and patient. My friends kept telling me to shop online and there's no way I'd do that when this great store with a great staff exists! I'll gladly give them my service forever. If you're new or experienced to vaping this is the shop to go to.

Awesome shop. Gavin helped me out, and when I got a disposable vape that didn’t work right, he hooked me up with a replacement when he didn’t have to. Definitely a reliable and trustworthy location, I get all my vapes there now. 10/10!

I bought my vape at another store and the sales person didn’t know much about about the device but got it on an impulse buy. Walked into Tiny Box Vape Shop and Mike told me all about my vape, how to get the best use of what I had and answer all my questions. Mike was able to point me towards flavors based on things I liked and was out the door in no time! Very knowledgeable and really listened and help tune my vape to me. I will definitely be coming back

I am quiting smoking and I hope this tool will help me succeed. The shop owner worked with me to help select the vape machine and tasted the different juices. He took the time to explain the machine, maintenance and the operation of the machine. I was very satisfied with the experience I had at the Tiny Box.
