The crew there is absolutely amazing. I found everything I was looking for with 0 problems. I truly appreciate them and all of their hard work. The store was clean and organized and they knew exactly where everything was without hesitation. Great work harbor freight 👍🏻

The selection of everyday tools at great prices is always wonderful but I find myself going there for the special project items. Today it was the solar power kit. Be This will enhance my greenhouse well into the winter. I also bought the greenhouse at Harbor Freight.

Always great deals on tools that are comparable to the other big name brands.

The staff was great very helpful and super nice, I didn't use the product I bought yet, but very good customer service at the McKnight Rd store in Pittsburgh PA.

Good deals - you get what you pay for. I don't like paying for more than I need. I value quality tools and you can pay a lot more but when I need something to get a job done, the price is right here, and any use beyond that I consider a bonus. Brad runs a good store here on McKnight. He and his people are a little nicer and more helpful than some of the other HFT locations, so this location is usually my first choice when making a major purchase.

This place is loaded with tools of every variety. Some after better than others. You need to know what your buying to recognize the good stuff from the junk. Coupons are great and a "must have" to shop here. I like this place a have bought tools I only need to use once or twice in the bargain bin knowing they wouldn't last more than that.

Great tools @ accessories at great prices. VERY Helpful staff; cashiers are hit/miss as to their demeanor. But overall would recommend them and would come again…

Who doesn't love Harbor Freight? The McKnight store is the best. When it comes to finding the right tool, a warranty replacement or an exchange, the employees have been great. Just make sure you register all of your purchases under your name and number. Also they've stepped up their game. They have all 3 levels of tool brands. Professional tools like Earthquake or Icon hand tools with lifetime warranty and every level down to the Pittsburgh and Chicago brands which still perform amazing. Like a child in a toy store lol! But or Men who get S#!+ Done!

Very helpful staff! I don't think that there are any misconceptions about the quality of the told here, they are very affordable, but certainly not the best quality. This is a classic example of getting what you pay for. I've had some colleagues refer to these as disposable tools and whole it's a bit dramatic, it isn't far from the truth. That being said, I've gotten what I needed in a pinch several times. The staff are always willing to help me and know their inventory very well. Ruth in particular was very kind in helping me to find the last in stock time bender!

I usually buy DeWalt tools. I bought some other tools here and they seem to work pretty well no complains. The price is fantastic, I'm just hoping to get the longevity out of the tools. I will add to this after a few months when I see that they're still working after being use daily by my contractors

The staff here are very friendly and the products are affordable! Sam helped me find a sander and took the time to ask about my project and help me find the best sander for the job. It wasn't the most expensive one either!

Very friendly people and the equipment I bought fixed my problem that day. The Allen key sets I got are very useful and got me out of a bind more than once

Gave them 5 stars simply because cheap tools are quick to grab when in need. Prices are great. Had a few break but theyre tools they did their job. Never had too big of a problem. I love them need one closer to home though.

I've visited a few Harbor Freight stored. One in Butler, and one in Robinson twp. I like the layout and cleanliness/condition much better than the other two. Nice store. Not a great location due to the traffic volume though. I wouldn't even try to go south on McKnight out of the store. It's bad enough trying to get out to go north.

Very friendly and helpful. Over the top good manners from staff and a kind manager. Helped to the car without asking. Felt like they were happy to be there and they were busy. Great morale.

First time visiting this location. Loved it as we do all of the locations we have been in. The stores are always clean and well laid out. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Everything is very reasonably priced. We always end up buying way more than we went for...lol
