The best UPS location I like going to specially because of the staff. They all are very kind when it comes to customer experience. Talking about the package handling, they are always one step ahead with extra precaution. They always do the package in the best manner. I always drop off my Amazon packages to this location as it very smooth and quick drop off. They also make things easy for printing work as I was looking for something specific and they made it work out to the perfection that I was looking for. Highly recommended location!!!

This UPS location is great! The staff is friendly and willing to help and their operations is super fast. I’ve been to this place to return my amazon purchases by using QR codes and they helped me with printing labels and packaging the items. I also have a five year old daughter who is very social and the staff kept her entertained by having interactive conversation with her while helping me. I can’t thank them enough. Great customer service is very rare these days and this place is a GEM!

This UPS store off Route 7 and Drainsville is easily the best UPS location I have been to. They always have kind and professional staff, and a very clean and comfortable environment. Its a good atmosphere. I recently went to the store for amazon returns. I didn't exactly know about how amazon return works. The staff clearly and patiently explained me the procedures behind this process and made my work easier. The staff were well trained with handling customers and their service was really satisfying.
