I enjoyed my experience at the cricket store in Sam's circle especially Amber! She was very helpful with all of the issues I had and solved them quickly with much knowledge.

Cristian in Sam Circle was AMAZING!!! He was very professional, patient, and attentive to our need. Whenever in the area, check him out. He is great!!!

The customer service is fantastic! Claudia is out of this world (Manager!) she is 100% pro-customer and goes mile and 1/2 to help and be sure the customer is happy with the service, device and etc! Claudia you rock!

I received 5 star service from Claudia today. She greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. I needed help with putting a screen protector on a phone. She installed the protector and gave me tips if there was ever a time I needed to put another on and couldn't get to a store. Claudia's customer service was a pleasant surprise.

Claudia is a wonderful person and she as doing a excellent job.she deserve a raise.

Amazing!! I just switched over from Verizon and Amber made everything so simple and answered all of my questions.

We went into our local Cricket store on Sams Circle yesterday evening,during a busy time. Ms.Janea W. was taking care of two customers ahead of us. She was positive and knew what she was doing. At one point she was taking care of three separate customers at a time. Everyone left happy and had what they wanted. Her positive attitude makes us look forward to coming back. She is a keeper! I would like to say how sorry I am that I did not get any names while at this location, BUT these ladies are phenomenal! So sweet, kind, entertaining, and knowledgeable ready to answer all and any questions. I had never been in a Cricket store but I am ready to switch my families service to this location!

My wife and I came into this Cricket Wireless store to look into getting new iPhones and merging our accounts. Breanna was amazing! She was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend visiting this store and working with Breanna for your mobile phone needs.

This young man knew what he was doing with phones. He actually has it down to the point. Not only did he took the time to help you, he made the visit pleasurable. He connected with his customers and this is rare. He knew about every phone plan in the Cricket store. Kuddos to such an amazing person!

Went in today to make a few changes to my plan and Mecki L was awesome. He helped me get everything taken care of quickly which was awesome considering I had my kids with me. He was even a good sport about them tryin to touch everything. Thank you so much you were awesome Mecki!

Went there today. Lost phone issue, you know the deal.
The two Lovely Ladies there killed it. Out the door, no drama, lots of kindness in under 20 minutes with new phone, same plan, no issues.

The service was awesome and a wonderful experience with only on person DaQuan. Who was holding the place down. DaQuan give great service, listen to what I wanted, and wonderful manners to everyone walk though the doors.I love how he walk each guess to the door. I was in the place for long time but I walk out with a big smile of what I wanted my money with great service and nice product. I will be returning for anything. If was a GENERAL MANAGER I will have be a always have a position on my team. Thanks DaQuan and Cricket for wonderful staff.

I went to The Cricket in Churchland the employee that help me out was wonderful she needs a raise it was a quick process it didn't cost as much as I thought it would which was great for my pockets and my bank account I definitely will be a returning customer and I will be bringing other customers as well

Down from Ohio when my wife lost her phone, son located the nearest Cricket which happened to be this one and Breanna helped us. She was very patient and efficient thanks a lot.
