The pharmacist, Sam, is great! So helpful and knowledgeable. The store had some empty shelves but I attribute that to the fury before the flurry (impending snowstorm). The store is quiet and on the smaller side but well maintained and well located. There is no parking other than 1 hr street parking (if you can find it).

I got my COVID booster and flu shot here. The man working was SO good. Customer service is generally terrible in Philly so it caught me off guard how competent and nice and pleasant and helpful he was. 10/10 choose this location for vaccines.

I switched from Walgreens Pharmacy to CVS and have received exceptional service. Amber and Joe always greet me by name and go beyond the call of duty to fill my prescriptions. They will resolve any issues that you have with your prescriptions.

I can always find a sale on laundry detergent and personal care items.

My GO TO CVS !! It is conveniently located, & the staff is always friendly, courteous & helpful. The pharmacy let's me know when my meds are ready, & will deliver if needed 💙🌞

The pharmacy staff, in particular its head, Sam, is the most professional I have ever experienced. Trust and service are the key words.

So many of our local CVS Pharmacies have closed. This is a fairly new CVS. and replaced 4 local stores. It serves an important community purpose in terms of access and distance to the next CVS. Hopefully, they are able to restrain shoplifting, and continue the job of supplying needed services and items.

Limited supply, small store

I tried to enter the store to make a purchase at 9:30 and was told that only people picking up prescriptions could be served. The store opens at 8:00. The manager was not yet in. And the personell had no information when he (James C.) would be arriving.
No blame for the personell, under their circumstances, they were friendly.

An interesting CVS. One time I go in and it's the usual good service. The next time, I wasn't asked for my CVS card. I brought my own bag. The cashier rang up my items, and left them on the counter for me to bag myself. I said "I guess I have to bag them myself". She said nothing. Not even a thank you when I left.

Scripts repeatedly not ready when promised. Pharmacy staff does not answer phones, even after I put a formal complaint into corporate and they confirmed this. Staff are short with customers and generally unfriendly.
Update : months later still no one answers phones here. Only laziness has kept me from changing pharmacy. I will be doing so now.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!

I thought I'd switch my pharmacy to my local CVS. I called on Saturday to have them transfer my prescriptions from my old pharmacy. Tuesday, I get an email saying that there was a problem. Wednesday, I spend 10 minutes on hold, but have to hang up without speaking to anyone because my lunch break was over. Friday, I call again, only to find out from a "substitute" pharmacist that my prescriptions aren't even in their system. Rude and inept, I will NEVER consider using this location again. I would give 0 stars if I could.

An unexplained event in their system turned off auto-refills on my prescription. The pharmacist told me that she can’t enable auto-refills because the boxes on her screen are gray. The only solution offered was to give me a business card with the corporate customer support number. She adamantly refused to do anything or ask anyone herself to try to fix the issue. It’s my job to jump through hoops to be able to pay them money for my medicine.
