Ever since I bought my phones and got my service through Metro by T-Mobile I have been one hundred percent satisfied not only is the is the service good but the store that I go to helps me.

If you need to go to a T-Mobile store in Joliet do NOT go to the store at 2225 W. Jefferson St. The guy who works in there is rude, and very unknowledgeable. He was an absolute jerk to me. I ended up going to the store at 2550 W. Jefferson St and the young lady who helped was an absolute sweetheart! She has fabulous customer service skills, is very knowledgeable about the product she is working with, and was enjoyable to talk to!!
