Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I loved it, there was a couple right behind us having a fight about how he's always slighting her and he calls it "you have to be responsible for your own happiness" when in reality he was flaking on events and telling her it was her fault for being mad that he didn't show up to family events like birthday parties/Christmas/parties for her.

And our waitress Jennifer was a GEM! She hooked us up with all the take home boxes even though she was swamped, we felt very taken care of.

I would like to thank Cee-Cee and her server team for accommodating my family for my mother’s 75th Birthday dinner. Upon calling ahead to make them aware of our party size, the hostess and Cee-Cee were pleasant and professional to work with. We arrived and Cee-Cee’s team were ready and pleasant the entire time. We had a party of 25. Everything flowed quite well, another manager came over to give my mother birthday wishes and greet us. The servers were Outstanding❣

A great experience for a great occasion at Olive Garden. This was my second large party event held at this location. I appreciate the consistency❣

If you are looking to come in for a peaceful environment and exceptional service, this location is the one for you ! I appreciate how attentive Graig and Jarvis (at the bar) were very hands on and on top their customers even in a busy rush, thank you truly ! I’m satisfied with my experience.

This Olive Garden was really busy on Saturday night, both diners and frequent take-out. The breadsticks were good and warm, but for some reason the salad was the craving. All our entrees were well made and delicious. Quality Italian fare in a relaxed ambiance.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in more than a decade and have to say it was much better than I expected. From what I saw this establishment was well run, the food was decent, and the staff friendly. I got the endless soup option and all of the soups were good, but I definitely has my favorites. All this coming from a guy who really doesn't enjoy franchise sit down restaurants.

First & Foremost I want to give a HUGE shout out to our service Bianca (affectionately known as Miss B). I live in Austell and there is another Olive Garden location off Cobb Pkwy that A LOT closer but the last time my wife and I went there for lunch, the food quality was subpar AND the service was less than exceptional. My wife told me about a time she had great service and a great experience because of the server she had so we decided to roll the dice and come to this location. From the time we parked and got out the car there was a gentleman who came to actually open and hold the door for us with a greeting, already a 5 star experience. And as luck would have it we received the same great server she had that day, Miss B. When I say this young lady is a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day that’s exactly what I mean. She has management qualities for real, I think she needs to be moved up somewhere if you ask me. The soup & salad was above exceptional and to be honest, before I step into this location I will call and see if she is at work and request to be sat in her zone. She is attentive and she had another bowl or soup coming out to us before we were finished with what was in front of us. 10 ⭐

Everything was great. We were promptly seated, and my server was awesome. The food was delicious. No complaints at all on my end. I can't wait to go back.

Last night around 10-11 pm me and my family went in to eat. Our server was beyond amazing, I never caught his name but he was really tall. He was really kind and patient with us. Would go again 100%

Not the best Olive Garden I've been to, but definitely not the worst! The bread was a little hard (both times) even though it was still early in the day.

The Fettucine Alfredo was a little bland compared to other Olive Garden locations I've been to, but the Shrimp Scamp was great!

Our server Rubi C was excellent. She was on top of it all. Lots of families with small kids, so very loud and rambunctious. Food was great even though they were crowded. Lots of parking, easy payment terminal at the table. I wish we could play games on the table computer for less than $4 bucks. That should be free. This is a family restaurant so don't go there looking for a candlelight dinner. Enjoy.

Had a great meal, served by a great staff. Clean restaurant. Servers and managers are very professional. However, the two hostesses left a lot to be desired. They would benefit by leaving their attitudes at home.

We arrived 1 hour before closing. Half of the place was empty but still we waited 25 min for a table. But food and service was great that's why I still give them 5 starts. And of course you cannot beat their price.

I would recommend this location as a place for you and your family to come and enjoy. I came by this location with my kid to check and see what they had to offer a hungry family of two. The hostess saddest at our preferred booth area quickly upon our arrival. The server came over soon thereafter and collected our drink orders and appetizer order. We placed our entree orders upon her return and she soon brought over The salad and breadsticks with our drinks. The server was capable friendly an efficient. She checked on us regularly and brought us to go boxes for our incompleted meals. I checked the bathrooms while I was here and found that they were clean without any offensive smells. each person that we encountered at this location had a friendly attitude and greeted us as we walk through the restaurant.

Great food and timely curbside delivery!!

First time coming to this location. Nadine our server was so kind and served us 10/10 . Tour of Italy my son enjoyed and I enjoyed the soup.

I've been coming here for years now, and not once have they ever failed me. The food is always consistently good, and the servers have always been accomadating.

This place is awesome. We have a luncheon there every week. They take care of our group like family- the part of family that you like.😉

Food was bland. Like everything was pulled from a can and nothing extra was added. Wish I would have stayed home and cooked. My daughter has some chicken and shrimp pasta dish and the shrimp tasted like it's been in the freezer forever. Only thing that was decent was the salad and bread UPDATE 5/2/24----
I had a taste for pasta and decided to give curbside a try. I was pleasantly surprised! My food was fresh. They were not skimpy. Presentation was very nice! Whomever put my items together really took pride in their job!

Gnocchi soup, It’s so easy and flavorful. I love to top it off with some grated parmesan cheese.
Chicken Parmigiana, Two lightly fried parmesan-breaded chicken breasts are smothered with Olive Garden’s homemade marinara sauce and melted Italian cheeses with a side of spaghetti.
