Crafts store with a variety of items and are well stocked. The store is very clean and well organized. Good customer service.

Beautiful ornaments and stems available for the holiday! But expensive. I picked up a couple stems and made this for my living room.

The cashiers always are very friendly, they have a lot of merchandise on sale, 👍🏻good quality, the prices are higher compared to other stores, but they always have some promotion, and these really help😅

I placed an online pick up order and it was smooth sailing. Well, in a Santa Clausy Christmas kinda way. I ordered kiddos keychains and they are just adorable perfectness: Santas, penguins and snowmen. I happened upon a buy a bunch, get a bunch free - so that was good for me!! I came here to get photo frames and craft beads. I was surprised by how huge the frame section was. They have so many colors, sizes, and styles. There’s even a section where you can get a custom made frame! They had “50% off”, “buy-one-get-one-50%-off”, and “buy 1 get 2 free” sales going on for photo frames.

What I bought today:
- 11”x14” float frame for $12.49 (after 50% off discount)
- TOHO rose gold colored craft beads full price for $3.19.

I kicked the year off with trying my hand at DIY projects. The store’s manager Korinthia gives me friendly & welcoming artistic inspiration each time I see her in the store. Her leadership definitely shines amongst her team.

The framing department employees are very helpful with their creativity & suggestions. I’m preparing to design my 4th custom frame.

I mean it's Michael's, what's not to love?? They pretty much always have sales on canvases which is awesome! Nice and neat. Easy to find things. I could spend hours in here just looking at all the creative possibilities. Hard to find a better craft store than Michael's and believe me I've tried! Especially such a nice Michael's like this one.

I am just absolutely blown away by the kindness and insanely incredible customer service the store associates at this store offer. If I could give more than five stars, I most certainly would. I’m an artist and the moment I entered the main art supply aisle I was offered help by an associate with a specific request. She was so kind and helpful. This is an understatement. I’ve lived in other big cities, and have shopped at Michael’s for years - but this location specifically is the best I’ve ever visited. Doing a commercial and needed some aprons. The sales rep went and found the items and had them at the register when I arrived. Thank you for a great experience.

Nice store but went in for ready made frames. Not the best of inventory in black.
Wanted with matte. Readily available in another store. Might have just picked a bad day. Tried for decorative basket with lid. Came out empty handed.

Went again. This store should be a 3 star.
Customer service in frames not high on their list. Surprising…. In Miami they were my go to place. All of my daughter’s graduation certificates and many other pictures.

Tried one last time. Had Sebastian go above and beyond to make it happen for a framing project.
Maybe, just got the first person on a bad day.
I will now be back as a future customer👏👏

I ordered same day delivery past the cutoff assuming they'd just get to it the next day. I was happy with that. However, they were able to go on and get it packed and delivered the same day! Amazing! Thank you so much!! I can go on and start my project right away!

The staff in this location is awesome! They went above and beyond to help me find a specific product I was looking for and it is always clean and organized. I will travel to this location again.
