We visit this location at least once a week and have been really happy with the store (besides seemingly always being out of Lucerne half and half??)

Mostly came here to say that Doris is the BEST for drive up. She does such a great job shopping for my order and the substitutions are always great. I love my jewel coupons and she always picks substitutions that are a comparable price point, the produce is always in great shape, and my full order bagged well. I used to get so frustrated with shopping services not meeting my expectations and Doris has been exceptional in my year plus doing drive up here!

I may have shared about this location before, but honestly, it's worth repeating because it's one of the best Jewel's around Chicagoland! In fact, there are stores closer to me but it's worth the drive.

Staff are extremely nice and helpful IF you ever have trouble locating something. There's a nice seating area for customers who need to wait at the pharmacy--and not only are restrooms kept clean, the entire store seems to have a higher level of being kept orderly and clean.

Been shopping here long time, good place but at times can't find what looking for especially the sale U advertised. I find good sales on fruits, veggies but the milk prices are very high to me. I do find meat specials reasonable prices compared to other stores. Overall do recommend people sign up for U savings, start clipping coupons with Jewel.

Customer service was good when we asked about transponder for Ipass. The manager i think She explained in detail 👌

Living a block and a half away from this location makes shopping quick and convenient. Items are very well priced compared to other grocery stores within the area.

I go here for the fresh squeezed juices - I have a Jewel a block from my house but will travel to this one for the additional juices other than just orange (which is the BEST around!!!)

Decided to shop at another location and glad I did! The mgr of each grocery section was very nice, offered suggestions, answered questions, brought out new produce, and helped locate items. AND best of all the meats, fish, and salads were all displayed and full by 10:30 am. Will definitely return.

This is one of my favorite locations. Staff is very welcoming. Good selection of Asian and Chinese products. Their prepared foods like Rotisserie chicken and sushi are my favorite. Parking is great they have security on site. I would highly recommend this Jewel location.

Large variety, accesible parking. They have the car shopping carts for kids, just in case your kids love those too. Helps them stay distracted while you take an hour or two browsing around.

Great deals on fruits/select items if you sign up for their rewards program

This is my new favorite jewel to shop at. It had a great selection better than even the biggest jewels I've been to. Try it out.

I go to jewel instead of Mariano's next door. I like the pastries and pre-made salad choices better. They're actually similar in price but a hair cheaper in my experience.

There's rarely a line in the che kout too which is very helpful. The staff is friendly and helpful when you can't find something you're looking for. Also, the parking lot is clear and the cart corrals are kept clean. You can also order online and they will bring it out to your car!

I called this Jewel's deli at 9:15 pm because we ran out of chicken at a wedding reception. When I told them the story, even though they were closing down the deli at that time, they fired up the fryer again and fried up 48 fresh pieces of their wonderful Jewel fried chicken. I was so impressed that they would do that for me. This was last night, I don't remember the young man's name but if management reads this review, he was a young African American man with great customer service. Thanks Jewel!

This is not my neighborhood Jewel but this is the one I drive to, specifically because the staff is courteous and helpful, they always have the items I need in stock and check out is fast and easy, unlike my neighborhood Jewel. I also pick up my prescriptions here for all these same reasons.

I came to this jewel on western for a specific item that me and my friend buy all the time, the shelf was out so a couple of workers said that "they were out and they don't think there was none in the back" except for one worker stopped when he was doing which was unloading cases of water and grabbed his scanner and said "yes there should send me some in the back, I'll check for you his name is, Lucas T.

Special shout to George who works the registers and customer service. That guy is the example of how every staff member should be. So friendly and always smiling. He will ask you about your day and you can feel the general care and love he has for his job.

Local Jewel. Always enjoy going shopping here. Have a good amount of ethic foods, lots of spices for cooking and even a good variety of beer and alcohol. Friendly staff that work hard. Very clean store.

Out of all the Jewels I've been to in Chicago, this one is by far the cleanest, and least hectic. It doesn't always have everything in stock, and the thing I find most strange is that it doesn't even carry some of the same products as other Jewel Oscos near by. However, the others are overwhelming, messy, the produce is unreliable, and I have never has those problems at this location. I literally go out of my way to get my shopping done here instead of the one closer to me.

Different set-up and smaller than other Jewel-Osco locations in the area, including carpeted areas which are very rare to find in this type of store. Right across from a strip of several more stores with groceries, fast food, and non-food-related goods: very easy to get several errands crossed off your list in one trip.
