Was a little crowded and the man using his credit card was taking too long

I stopped to get the free slurpee for July and I purchased a small blueberry white chocolate steamer. The price seemed a little high. I forgot to check the price for the small. He charged me $1.89. He was extremely unpleasant. I almost left. I stopped there last year and the woman was so nice. They need to clone her. That gentleman will cost them customers. The Slurpee and Steamer were delicious that's why they received two stars instead of 1.

Can't even pick up the phone was looking for heavy cream, milk n a late night snack. Shame how a simple pick up would make business... As a prior owner and operator this is the down fall of a 711

Guy in the morning does not make all the coffee flavors. Every time he works there is only half the amount of coffee. When the old lady works, all the coffee is there. He is lazy. Always says he’s out of coffee yet I find it under the cabinet

I understand that this is not supposed to be a glamorous store. The stock is usually okay, and I never have a problem purchasing what I go in for. With that being said, every single employee (that I have encountered) is incredibly unfriendly, which makes a person not want to shop there or make it convenient hence defeating the purpose of the store. One of the employees is always outside smoking no matter what time I go there. The other fellow has a face of stone. They never rush to cash you out of the store. Sometimes I could be waiting at the register and an employee could be unpacking boxes and will not move until he is good and ready. Obviously I can choose to do go to a different location, but this is just one that I pass in my travels. Sometimes a smile or any type of customer service goes a long way and this location is severely lacking.

The customer service here around noon is Horrible!!!!
Also they won’t tell you their Tap Pay doesn’t work they will pretend that your card is declining!!! It’s completely rude! I spend way too money at 711 locations to be treated with such horrible customer service! This is not the first time the same male stocky/chubby clerk was rude.

Today I went in store to buy a Medium coffee and did behind the counter charged me $1.98.
Oh my God it was sitting around all day and it was the worst coffee every. Wawa $1 for a 24 oz. Dunkin Donuts extra large $2.00 and delicious. SHOULD BE 0 STARS !!! HE RIP ME OFF! STAY AWAY !!!! SCARY GUY !

I went to get a coffee and a sandwich, I pay for both of then cash, I mistakenly grab the wrong sandwich as I'm paying saw that mistake, I returned it and the store say that a pay less. Money for it when I just pay for it. This store steal from customers, be careful when you do business in there.

The Guy at the front desk is so rude he just takes your money and you say hi to him and he ignores you he is just so rude highly do not recommend I don’t even go anymore because they are so rude in there

Count your change and pay attention to the money you win on lottery tickets. The man that works there is a thief

Why in the world are they closed at 1130am, meanwhile no signs and they are standing in there. Should be open 24/7
