I always go here BEFORE I go to the box stores, and more often than not they have what I need. Great place to just peruse.

Always very knowledgeable and helpful! The always have ice melt, even when other stores are sold out.

A great store from a bygone era where you get personalized service. I was looking for something to remove paint from a shirt. I told the clerk I wanted paint remover for a piece of clothing. He said paint remover may hurt the fabric. He recommended another product based on his experience with another customer. I was happy with the advice and I bought what he recommended and it worked. Excellent service! I needed a specific bolt but unfortunately was unsure what size. Glenn was kind enough to not only explain what was needed, help me find it, but also took the time to grind the bolt down to ensure a good fit! Absolutely will be coming here again for all of my hardware needs.

Took a Tiffany lamp there that I waited over a year for a electrical
Lighting place to to find time to fix it. I called Village hardware...I took on Friday afternoon and they called at 4:30 the same day
And said it was ready. That's what you call excellent service.

Village Hardware is the best. They did a custom frame for my office next door and it turned out great. They're staff is so knowledgeable and helpful for any situation.

I needed some screws for a monitor that I couldn't find the size of for the life of me. I probably looked pretty funny stumbling in here with my monitor and asking for mystery screws, but the owner here was so very patient with me and helped me find exactly what I needed, going through each size and length until we found just the right screw. I'm so happy we have such a wonderful local hardware store! I'll definitely be coming here and sending my family in the future.

The guys here are pretty nice. I'll follow up with how my screen repair goes. But, this place seems to have everything! Returning because my screens were perfect! Yep, they have everything.

Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Honest and helpful! They had a look at my broken space heater and fixed it right up with a brand new (better than the original no less) power cord in just a couple hours! If you need a lamp re-wired or, like I did, want to salvage a space heater, bring it in and you won't be sorry! I will be heading back to give them more of my business!

Went in there today for O-rings for a sink person working there was very knowledgeable and helpful. After helping me find what I was looking for I spent a good 15 minutes walking around there's just so much. I was astonished on how much inventory was actually in the store very impressed look forward to my next trip.

Great store has literally a lil bit of everything. Very friendly staff and they sharpen chainsaw blades tools and repair all types of lamps and window screens. Definitely a must go store. Trust me!

I needed a couple of odd sized o-rings to fix a utility sink faucet. The gentleman who helped me spent 10 - 15 minutes digging through their inventory to find the exact replacements. All for a 91 cent sale. Pretty awesome customer service! Certainly not what you would get at Lowes or HD. They are a bit out of my way, but I'm definitely planning to go there in the future.

I needed to do some minor repairs on a house that my son just purchased. As is my practice in California and previously when I lived in Pennsylvania, I searched for a Teu Value store first. Why, because I can expect knowledge, experience and good advice. And that is what I got. I always advise fiends to do the same. If you need advice, skip the box stores. If you want to get a good price, you will also find stores like True Value to be more than competitive. In short, I stopped by, got great advice, custom cut product (screening) a few tools, had some humorous conversation and left satisfied. I was even more satisfied when the job went well. Thanks.

As a new homeowner in the area, I've found myself roving the aisles at this hardware store more than a few times for all sorts of things. Good selection, knowledge staff, and prices within a few bucks of Lowe's or Home Depot on just about everything.
