Ordered an online order from this location, one item canceled, other item says filled. Go to pick it up and whoever packaged the order packed the wrong item, and they no longer have my item in stock. So now I’ve gone to this store to receive neither of the things I ordered. Then when trying to work out the refund, a customer behind me loudly and rudely demands, “Can YOU JUST CHECK ME OUT, I HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE” and the cashier SAYS YES and takes the other customer in the middle of helping me even though I was there first ??? Bad customer service and definitely not happy with my experience at this location.

The store hours say they open at 10 AM it is 11:06 AM the doors are locked all the lights are on but nobody is opening the door. How do you have your business closed an hour after you’re supposed to be open? And then nobody’s even answering the phone.
