One of the most professional experiences I’ve had in a long time.
From the moment I walked in the door until the time I left- everyone was professional & extremely knowledgeable.
I’m in the process of moving & found a saxophone 🎷 that I had forgotten all about & I was able to sell it for a few dollars & they were happy to have my gently used saxophone ❤
I’ll be back again in the future for my music needs.

I've been going to Sam Ash stores since I was a teenager living in New York. I'm now well into my adult years, and I still get that excited feeling when I walk through those doors.

You're greeted when you walk in. They have a knowledgeable friendly staff. My only gripe is that they need a steady drum guy in the percussion department.

I was all over the place in my wants for a first acoustic guitar. Austin at the Cobb - Atlanta store was super helpful and patient as i bounced from guitar to guitar asking questions and seeing how they felt.
I feel like i will be super happy with my Cordoba C5 Spruce top!
Thank you Austin and Sam Ash!

Friendly, helpful staff and a great selection of gear! Saw lots of people getting dedicated time for advice. Also has better deals and selections than your red box store. You really can't get the same experience shopping for instruments online to add to your arsenal since everything's slightly different even with the same SKU. Again, wonderful offering of quality gear for a reasonable price, especially since everything's rising in cost at a ridiculous rate these days...

But anyways :) she's a big beaut and sounds like a blessing to the ears

Although I have made an online purchase from a west coast Sam Ash, yesterday was first visit to a Sam Ash store. Both experiences were great! Got to talk to Jay, west coast store manager, to negotiate the online guitar purchase and with Geo at the Cumberland/Cobb Parkway store to get a replacement Mogami cable under warranty and a couple of other items.
Both Jay and Geo were very helpful and friendly, and I didn’t feel rushed nor pressured about anything. The used guitar was an exactly as communicated by Jay and I’m extremely happy with it! The Mogami Platinum instrument cable exchange with Geo was without a glitch!
Although I’m into basses/guitars from small USA custom builder shops, I was impressed with the Cumberland/Cobb Parkway store and I will return in the very near future.

Great experience at Sam Ash today! They have everything for musicians. I needed an older guitar restrung and serviced, and Rich did a masterful job!! My PRS plays better than new!

First time in. Live Jazz (on Sundays) brought me out to the shop. Glad to see they carry accessories and supplies for brass instruments. Glad I came out.

The crew at Sam Ash here in Atlanta are ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS helpful, and ALWAYS diligent. I've purchased gear there for several years. But the real thrill comes afterwards. I was told long ago that you should get in the habit of having an expert tune your guitar. It takes someone with experience to make the finer adjustments that move your guitar from good to great. A big shout out to Rich, the guitar tech in Atlanta. Taking pride in your craft comes not only from knowing what to do but taking the time to ask the player about their playing style. Then, the magic really happens...and my tone is king!

Stopped by on my way through Atlanta. First time in a Sam Ash and won't be the last. Could have spent many paychecks in here with the great help that I had. I did give an abnormal show by getting my mouthpiece out of the car and trying out their tuba.

Stopped by one day last week, had an associate help me with some music theory questions, as well as explanation of instruments. Very polite and helpful. Will be back soon.

I came here to get supplies for my son’s first year in band and was given the wrong item at first. When I came back to the store to exchange the item, Austin was very helpful and very sweet even though they were near the time to close. I would highly recommend coming here and asking for Austin. He knows his stuff!

I've been taking my basses/guitars in to the Atlanta location and their guitar tech Rich has done stellar work on them time after time! His attention to detail is excellent! Over the past 7 or 8 months, I've taken in over eight instruments in and every time they come back ready to play so much better than before.

I bought a Fender strat in the store a few months back and the cleanup job + setup work Rich did was superb. It plays like a dream every time!

Aside from that, Rich has done small body repairs, neck sanding, and all the usual setup tasks for me and I am always pleased. A great fellow to chat with as well.

If you have an instrument in need of some love - I would highly recommend you go visit the store. I think he is off on Sundays so keep that in mind! If you do miss him then there are many other excellent folks in the store to help with your music needs!

Last week I took my Six string bass in to have it adjusted to perform tapping lessons. The bass was awful and very cheap. Rich the bass repair technician took the time to explain to me his process and how he could make my bass playable. When. He texted me to pickup my bass this week, he once again explained what he did. I got home and oh my God this bass sounds and plays like a $50,000 bass. I have never had a master technician like Rich that took the time to tell me what he would do and actually go beyond what I thought was possible and exceed my expectations. I am a customer for life because of Rich's professionalism now. I play multiple instruments and will make sure my clients in the future visit Rich. DR. John H. Hinson III, PHD

The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I walked in 30 minutes before closing time and was able to trade in an old snare that I didn't like toward a new purchase of new one; receive advice to help make my purchase; and I had time left over to look around and find a set of bongos to buy.
