This was my first time custom framing anything, and the associate, Taylor, was incredible. Taylor helped us through the entire process and was super informative throughout the process. It's even more gorgeous than I envisioned. Excellent customer service! 👌

This was my first time visiting this location, and let me tell you, The customer service is beyond great! I had the “brilliant” idea of buying canvases that didn’t fit my car, and Jay went above and beyond to help me solve my issue and be able to bring them home! Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back!!

Staff was very attentive and helpful. Bathroom was clean and isles were organized. They use self checkout at this location

They were kinda busy, I couldn't find anyone to cut fabric for me so that was a little disappointing however, the store was neat, and priced correctly, the staff was friendly and, looked as if they were busy. The associate helped me fight with the app so I could use a coupon even with others in line and they quickly opened the other registers if it appeared the line had more than 2 or 3 people waiting. MADILYN WAS AWESOME! Went out of her way to show me the coupons on the site and was able to apply a 30% discount that took my total from $75 to $52. Appreciate her so much.

My go to for framing! Service is always professional and prompt. Store is also well stocked and priced for everything you need! There usually is a sale or coupon for discounts going on as well!

There is an angel working there, Miss Vivian who is never too busy to stop what she's doing to help me find something, or to help me to check out on those new (yuck) check stands. She always has a smile and makes me happy to do my shopping at Michael's. Kudos to Michael's and especially to Miss Vivian.

Clean store, easy to navigate very helpful employees

Plenty of drawing instruments, papers, craft tools and accessories. I love it.

I went there to buy a frame for an autographed movie still and got a nice deal on something better than what I went there for...investigated online first. The young ladies working there were very helpful, welcoming and nice. It wasn't crowded at all, lots of crafting supplies. I will be returning for some acid free tape & oil paints! Get crafting folks!
