We’ve been “Assured”!! Again!
That’s precisely how I felt upon completion of the entire process. We’ve used Assured Comfort when needed since the early 2000’s while living in another city. So happy they service our current area as well almost 24 years later!
A huge thank you to Jason for making live chatting successful by adding a plumbing on to my furnace service order occurring in less than 24 hours.
The communication was seamless using text confirmation of the scheduled appointment, direct call from the office to lock in availability, followed by confirmation WITH A PICTURE OF THE TECHNICIAN AND GPS LINK to see where your technician is in route!!! I was impressed and appreciative of such diligence to safety.
Top star rating to Micah Starnes for his professionalism. He was thorough, detailed and informative. Quality job of resealing one of the toilets in less than about 30 minutes, I think! Cory Hall arrived minutes after Micah to troubleshoot the furnace that stopped heating the evening before. Apparently, after changing the air filter, hitting the wires caused a disconnection. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in probably 10 minutes max! That was a tell-tale sign and reminder to us. It’s worth the investment to take advantage of the $49 Furnace Inspection (and plumbing)l. Regular maintenance of the FULL system saves you from paying excessively for PART by PART of the system breaking down over time.

2/29/2024 Micah Starnes was very efficient in taking care of my plumbing issues today. Not only was he thorough in cleaning up everything after he was finished, he was such a sweet and pleasant young man. He is definitely an asset to Assured Comfort. I hope to see him again in the future when my plumbing needs arise. He showed care and compassion and has turned out to be my “new favorite”, showing great pride in his work.

The technician, Michael Simmons, that came out to service our heating and air called and emailed to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly and introduced himself and asked if I had any questions before he got started. He serviced both units, changed out the filters and gave me an estimate for things he recommended we do to preserve the function of the units. He thoroughly explained everything he did. He really impressed me and I wouldn’t hesitate to request him for future service needs.

I have been with them for 10+yrs. They are very professional and make sure you understand what they are doing. I feel what I pay is worth the value I get. Today I worked with Adam Pittman. He was great. Diagnosed the problem and got it all back up and running. Very polite. I Highly recommend him.

Micah Starnes was the technician assigned to our home to complete a plumbing inspection. Micah was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with and understand. He found a faulty water heater bladder on his initial visit; he returned a couple of days later and fixed our problem. His work is clean and expertly executed as seen in the photo. We never felt coerced to have a couple of suggested repairs/updates carried out. We will definitely specifically ask for Micah to return for any future needs.

We needed a new water heater. We went with a tankless system. Micah and his co worker worked until after 8 pm to get the job done. The work is excellent and they are super responsive. I’m excited to work with them in the future

Our experience with Assured Comfort was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We've been with them for years, Willis discovered a crack in our system, Nick came the very next day and walked us through the replacement/installation process- he was awesome! Within days we were enjoying a warm and safe house!

This was the best service I have ever received by any company in my lifetime!! The technician was very thorough and went above and beyond to do a great job. It was, to me, a complex system and he handled it in a most professional way. They were protective of my home and kept things neat as they worked. I would recommend Michael as employee of the year!!

Tyler Cooper was outstanding!!!! He explained the process of the job first. Then as he worked he explained each steps process and why it is done. His process takes time, he did not rush it, he followed his process and completed all steps in an orderly fashion. After all was done, he Re-tested the unit to make sure it was working properly. Very intelligent PLUMBER. If you call Assured Comfort plumbing department for service on a Tankless Water Heater, I world ask for Tyler Cooper.

Rachel from Assured Comfort came to the house to give a quote on some attic duct rework and a new installation in my basement. She was extremely thorough, informative, and answered all the questions I had and then some. I was very impressed with all of this and will begin to use the services provided by them much more frequently because of the rockstar treatment I received. Thanks Rachel!

Adam was great!!! He was friendly and polite. He explained everything he was doing so that I could understand. His workmanship was superb. He is one of the best technicians I have seen yet. He is always welcome at our house for any repairs.

I called them to fix an issue that I could not get resolved with the company that installed my system, and they came right out. Corey, the technician diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution. However, he advised me (correctly) that I might be able to get the repairs done less expensively by the company that installed the system. Even those it was counter to making money, he told me the right thing. Highly recommend.

Tyler Cooper was the Plumber that came to put in my new Water heater and expansion tank , he was very friendly, very professional and took the time to explain everything to me , he even ending up working on a day that he usually doesn't work in order to accommodate me and it was no easy job ! He did a excellent job though , if I were you I would ask for him by name , thank you very much Tyler Cooper great job !

Kyle replaced our water heater with no issues or concerns. He was wonderful, professional, considerate, knowledgeable, kind and cleaned up behind himself. Best service experience we've ever had bar none!
