The employee 210423 had a wonderful disposition. He explained things to me about my amazon return, and I observed him being just overall great to customers. I believe this guy needs need a raise.

I love coming to this location due to how friendly and professional the staffs always are. I came in 10 minutes past their closing time, but they graciously agreed to process my Amazon returns. Thank you, again!

BEST UPS STORE IN ATLANTA!! I had a really complicated return and they were so patient and kind. They helped me package and ship all 10 packages and didn’t make me feel like a bother. The gentleman helping me was so kind and made my day by taking 30 cowboy hats off my hands! I appreciate you! You know who you are! I will always come to this location from now on!

Mason was very helpful today when I needed to return an item to Amazon that required a hazard label. He was pleasant and efficient, eventhough the store was extremely busy, and he was the only person working at the time.

I went last week and was thoroughly impressed by the gentleman working the counter alone. He maintained a high level of customer service while managing phone calls, both registers, and two customers at a time. He was both efficient and friendly. I commended him for his work ethic and asked for his name and I think it was Phillip? Although I'm sure he is easily identifiable among staff. There were several customers in the location with me who seemed to know him as regulars.

THANK GOODNESS FOR THE NEW MANAGEMENT. Just nice to have a normal amount of employees so you can get in and out fast. They are super nice and knowledgeable!!!! It's a pleasure to go here now. Before I never felt she wanted anyone in there.

First time sending via UPS (receive often). Cori was fast, friendly, and helpful. Found me the best rate for my need. Even apologized for answering the business line; shared with her the one of the worst things a business can do is not answer the phone!

I always have a pleasant experience each time I go to this store. The employees are super helpful and always have a good attitude. I'm not sure how long each employee has been working here but they seem to have built strong relationships with the locals and have good rapport with each person that walks in.

Phillip was super nice, I walked in with two items and he knew exactly how to deal with both shipping options I needed. Best shipping experience I've had in a while. I recommend coming here if you want it done simple and done right plain and simple.

Came to drop off a package thinking they were open, then was informed they were closed but the owner still helped me. Will come again, this time earlier though. 😁

Staff is great and very helpful. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the location is very convenient and they do right by their customers.
