Food Lion

This store is full of amazing employees! Ms. Stephanie is a cashier and my daughter LOVES her! She always wants to go see if she is working give her a big hug when she is. I was in the store recently, it was very busy and a truck was clearly being unloaded. I asked Justin, an employee unloading produce, where I could find an item. He pointed me in the direction of what he thought I was talking about. It was not the exact item, when he happened to pass by my mother, she asked him again where to find it. He told me another isle to check, even though he was very busy helping distribute all the new inventory. I thanked him and told him I had already checked there, but hadn't found it. I thanked him and told him it wasn't a big deal. At the register, he found me, with the exact item I couldn't locate!!! He surely went above and beyond that day and I truly appreciate it! I will continue to support this location. Way to go the extra mile for your customers. I do not believe that I would ever have that kind of service at other bigger brand stores in the area. Thank you!

Great supermarket. Very tidy, good selection, good prices. Sometimes checkout can take a little bit overall a great place.

Wonderful experience for the most part! I mistakenly read the milk expiration as March 6th instead of May 6th and brought my own error to the attention of the employee that was working the department and even though I gave him a heartfelt apology and wasn't by any means rude when I brought it up he made sure that I knew he wanted to drop me off the edge of the Earth. But I get it. I'm half blind and I wasted his time and I saw first hand that he was hustling. My bad bro. The MVP deals are on point as usual. Looking for particular produce, the gentleman working that section saw me puzzled and offered assistance without me asking. The cashier noticed that I had an MVP card but I hadn't signed up for extra coupons and made sure I know how to get them. Good people. Good deals.

Great people prices getting a little to high

Every time I go I am struck by how nice the people working there are to every customer. They are helpful and kind every time I go and shop. Best grocery store experience in Savannah because of their employees. Prices aren’t too bad either.

This store is always clean, the employees are friendly and they aren't normally packed. If you take advantage of the app, you can also earn money to spend and save a good bit in the store, so the prices average out.

So it's a Lion that eats food? Or it's a Lion that provides food? Would the lion see the shoppers as a potential food source? I'm sorry you lost me on the name there folks.

First time visiting this store and the associates were so pleasant and respectful. The inventory was properly stocked and the store was so neat and organized. You all made my day. Great team!!!

I always find good deals here. Grocery shopping for two households, I can buy groceries to last two weeks for less than $200. The staff is awesome! The store is clean and well organized, making it easy to find items on your grocery list!

The staff is always friendly at this location on White Bluff. I usually find what I need. As I was leaving yesterday around 5:40 pm a gentleman that works there offered to take my cart and return it. I recognized him because he has helped me in the past, but didn't know his name. I thanked him and turned to walk away. He called me back and pointed to my phone still in the cart. I guess it fell out of my purse and I didn't realize it. I called to speak to the manager to give him a shout out. She said his name is Mr. Thomas. Thank you Mr. Thomas!!

Shopping during the pandemic has been stressful. I can appreciate they are open one hour later than most stores. You can find great deals for your buck. The store is always clean, smells pleasant, and every associate no matter what department gets you throughout the store. What a great feeling just a small gesture brings. Happy shopping everyone. This store is one of my favorites.

Wow. Something in my spirit told me to come to food lion on white bluff and I am so glad i went! They have everything i was looking for. This will be my number 1 store for my healthy produce and other foods. Every store member was so friendly. My cashier Nakia gave me so much information i really appreciate her wonderful customer service.
