The lady at the cosmetic department gave me great customer service. She was very knowledgeable and recommended some great products for my skin. Overall JC Penney has alot to offer at competitive pricing.

Ordered something on line from JCPENNEY it was shipped to the store a week earlier. Pick up was at the customer service desk. The experience was fantastic from beginning to end.

So glad we still have JC. We need to shop in the stores or else Amazon will make them disappear.

I bought this chair online so I was VERY Leary!I need a firmer chair and it has to hit all the right spots.I have a bad back.Neck fusions etc….Suprise!I love this chair!So comfortable.Firm not hard.Supportive but I curl right up!Have had 2,000 dollar recliners that I hated!I am a female 5’8 160 lbs so not tiny and I have lots of room!Cant recommend this chair enough!
The delivery was amazing.Early by 2days.Assembly took 5minutes and it wasn’t real heavy.

Always a good bargain if you're in the mood for hunting. Perfect stop for a dress that won't break the bank. Awesome kids clothes and laid out in an organized manner. Not many sales associates on the floor but that's not a problem if you know what you're looking for.

This is my favorite location. I only buy my jewelry from here and I only deal with Sheila in the jewelry department. She's the best and she really knows her stuff. If you want professional top notch service ask for her.

The store has a lot of sale prices and a great variety of options in store.

I was unsure about the cost of merchandise. To my surprise I was able to find clothes on clearance that were great. I also bought jeans at regular price as well.

Had everything we needed for house warming presents at a great price.

Great photo department and one of the largest Pennys in the area. Always get our photo sessions done at this location and the staff have been great.

Was looking for pillows and they had a great selection at a very good price. When we went to checkout there was a line but they immediately called for more cashiers and we weren't longer than 5 minutes before we were checked out.

Clean store and helpful employees. My husband lost a pair of leather gloves while shopping and before we left, an employee had found them and returned them to him. Love the store and their sales!

I went to check out and a older lady at the register asked if I was going to use my JcP card, I stated no I don't have one and don't need another card. She says oh but if you fill out at applications I'll give you 25% off your $216 order,,that would be great and if you are denied I'll still give it to you!!!WELL after she imputed all my info she says ok you should receive your 25% OFF in the mail ...huh? She lied just so I'd fill out an app ..this is a terrible way to do business and hope that JCP isn't hiring just anyone. She seemed to not know what she wD was doing . My daughter questioned her but I was tired of the whole thing and used my AMX card, I'll not go back...

Had one of our best shopping experiences tonight. Nearly everything was on sale. Ashley was awesome to behold handling several depts at once. Great attitude- even at 9:30pm.

Like that I can pay my bill in store. Never leave without buying something always great deals.

Sale items weekly....bought T shirts for $5, shorts for $13....paid $6~7 for fancy jeans w/silver stripe on side ...pair torn around knees (2 cute !!)
