I really wish the gas tanks at the North Rapid Roberts in Crane, Mo would let us fill up for more than $50 at a time in our Oats Busses. It's really annoying to have to fill up twice just to get a full tank to finish my job and make it home. I've never had another store do that so why this one? Very dumb for sure. Should only have to get gas once!

I pulled into the rapid Robert's in Marshfield about 11:00 this morning to get gas the entire parking lot was full they were really busy I waited for a pump one freed up I finally pulled forward I go inside to prepay and to get a drink I stood in line close to 10 minutes while a really sweet girl was working behind the counter she was awesome with the customers she was working to registers they were so busy and they had a really long line of people waiting her name was Alicia and she is one of the best employees I've seen in there in a long time. Meanwhile there was two employees one was a manager sitting outside on the ground smoking and playing on their phones the entire time this poor girl was in there busting her butt didn't get up once saw that the entire parking lot was full knew that she had a line and by the time I left which was probably 20 minutes total they were still just sitting out there talking and playing on their phones it's absolutely ridiculous somebody should have been in there relieving one of the registers and moving people along. I was trying to get to work and it took me way too long to get in and out of the store absolutely ridiculous

Early this morning the only employee was standing squarely in the front door smoking and I needed to go in and pay cash. I took my business elsewhere instead of walking through her nasty clouds. Super unprofessional.

Was At the store on South Glenstone, went in for a cup of coffee and to get money from the ATM. Told the clerk on dutyThat they were out of sugar, coffee cup lids, and coffee. He proceeded to get rude with me and asked me if I wanted to clock on and take care of it for him? When I approached the registerTo make my purchase I asked him if he was always that rude to all of his customers? He said he was the only one working and on duty there which I understand but that does not give an employee in the company the right to be rude to a customer

Items on sale per signage. Was refused posted price at checkout. Pointed out signage to staff. "Manager" ran back behind me and ripped signage off the shelf, huffed off and disappeared. Reported to district manager "Ginger" who never returned my call.
