When I got set up with the new service with Michael at AT&T, He made sure that he got the right service for me and my family. They definitely have some good plans. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to go with them as well.

Tyler was amazing! He was very helpful with all the questions, he was very smart at what he does. Tyler was kind enough to help me find discounts and everything to make my bill affordable. He needs a raise. Best worker there.

I went here to switch service to AT&T. Antonio helped me through the process. It took an hour getting my phone number from the old carrier, but he was extremely patient and made the whole process really simple. He deserves more than 5 stars!

I recently switched from android to iPhone . When I went into the store, I was greeted right away by Cameron. He was very helpful in showing me the pros and cons of both phones. Once my decision was made, he set me up with a great deal, and explained everything very nicely, and easy to understand. My phone arrived quickly, and he also helped me turn my old phone in. Once again, it was a quick, painless process. Thanks again to Cameron!!

I walked in thinking I would be greeted by ruffians who cared not for me or my wallet and only concerned themselves with pushing new gadgets and accessories for my mobile device. Instead, I saw employees of the finest order who offered me their warmest of greetings. I was then guided to a table by a sharp young man who offered not only his opinions on useful electronics and their convenience, but his wisdom on how I could save money. It was as if I was in a wireless telephone heaven and he was my personal cherub. Since that day I have been transfigured and changed for the better.

Robert was seriously so helpful!! I didn't want to transfer everything over to my new phone, so he went out of his way to make sure I didn't have too. The process was super smooth and so quick. These guys here are great, informative and super helpful.

Went into the store and saw Austin today he helped us get everything switched over with ease. Super simple process, great customer service, and helped us out with all of our accessories and needs that we needed. Go see Austin if you need help!

Ray was awesome to work with! We had a few issues on our end trying to get everything squared away with a previous provider and Ray was very patient the entire time. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Best customer service I have ever experienced!

Jared P. work really hard to help us. Despite the odd systems problems that tend to follow me around. He never got mad, keep calm and got us our new phones faster then we have in past. We arrived at 620pm and we left at 840pm. The store closed at 7pm and he never gave up. Usually we go through two to three people, just because odd things happen when even electronics and me are involved. He even put the screen protector on for my wife's phone. He listened to what we like to do with phone, suggested phones and let us know what they can do. He really knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable about the phones. I would definitely ask for him if you come to this store.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ray was excellent about making sure I knew my options and picked the best plan/phone/accessories for my needs. It was so nice not to feel pressured!

Eric helped set a new iPhone 12 up! He was so helpful and answered all our questions! He made sure to show us where the Buy 2 Get 1 Free accessories were so we were excited to add that on too! Great customer service!
