Dear Recruiter ,I'm emailing to the ups store at 723 west university Georgetown texas, 78626. Because I am a frequent customer. I've been coming to this store for 3 years since I moved to georgetown on december the twenty eighth , I did a shipment , And like Usual , Without a hesitation I had Great help with customer service , After I completed my delivery and leaving I witnessed a manager arguing to her peers and if I'm not mistaken it was about not allowing them to speak in a foreign language. And personally I feel That is very unprofessional to discuss during working hours. It isn't pleasant when there's customers walking into a store. And having employees argue to something that is permitted Through any job site according to the EEOC. I personally acquainted with half of the employees from this store and I feel very anguish to these employees , Regarding I will continue to approach and attend to my local store for my services But I anticipate for these actions and relying on not to walk into another incident.

The staff have been working with UPS for a while, and they know what they’re doing. When I walked in, I just said “Package,” showed the attendant the UPS label barcode on my phone, set the box down on the counter, waited a couple seconds for him to print the receipt, and I was out the door in less than a minute (there was no one else in the line when I walked in).

I called needing help with binding and Susan was so kind to help me problem solve!! I am consistently blown away by how efficient and pleasant the employees make this UPS location.

Always quick service. This store in particular smelled amazing first off & the ladies working there were THE NICEST people ever!

My experience here was quick, easy and overall I was satisfied with how hospitable and friendly everyone was especially the nice lady that helped me out, Yolanda. She showed me a few tips on my phone regarding my returns and was very friendly to my kids who were also trying to help by carrying the boxes. Our experience here made what a boring errand should be feel pleasant!

This review is specifically for Erica. She helped me last week and was so friendly. Today she helped me again with a notary and made everything easy. She goes above and beyond to make shipping and I’m sure an obnoxious amount of Amazon returns easy for customers.

One of the nicest experiences I have ever had. I was taking an Amazon order back and didn't have the label printed out ahead of time. They took care of the whole thing for me without me having to go back to my car and get my card since I had my baby on me and I was by myself. It's the little things like this that truly make my day. Thank you worker at UPS 🥰❤

Erica D at the Georgetown Texas store was awesome today. Super friendly and very helpful and took the extra time and care to make sure I got everything I needed. She packaged up my gift well and made sure I got the right the right pricing on shipping as well as answering my questions about getting a PO Box. Thanks to Erica I had a great experience.

Great experience all because of Erica Davis. We brought in an oddly shaped item and she happily found a box that would work best. She was so pleasant to chat with and we will definitely be returning to this location for quick and lovely service.

I love this UPS Store. It’s a very busy location,but the lines move very quickly. There is a postal drop box that is very conveniently located just inside the door. They have a nice selection of cards and some office and shipping supplies.
The employees are always very friendly.
The parking lot gets a little crazy, with people coming and going.
