I really appreciate the large selection and no-pressure atmosphere. I guess we looked twice at everything before making our choice. We were assisted by Stephen, who understood how to lay back just enough to not be on top of us, but was well placed to answer all our questions. A really good experience. We give top marks across the board.

Our salesman Charles T. Also known as CT was great. He was very nice. Loved her personable he got with you. I am not one for salespeople but he was very pleasant. Him and his manager Alex did an amazing job to get our business and get us where we wanted to be with the out the door price.

Fantastic customer service! Jordan never pushed us, let us look and discuss however long we liked. He quickly responded to any questions we had and got us out the door efficiently with our new furniture at unbeatable prices. Thanks Jordan!!

Had a perfectly smooth purchase today! Shelly promptly greeted us at the door, asked what we were looking for and set us in the right direction, kept an eye on us and answered any and all of our questions. Shelly was a great! So helpful! And I’d definitely return to shop here again!

We had a good experience. They were short handed, so store manager helped us. He was very friendly and helpful.

I explained what we were looking for (firm sofa & dimensions) and he took us around. In less than 20 minutes we found what we wanted. The store was able to give us a great holiday deal. We decided to look at other types of furniture, but nothing else caught our eye.

There was no pressure to purchase. We purchased a modified U shaped sofa. Delivery is a week & a half.

Had a great experience with salesperson Jordan while trying to choose a nice recliner. He made the process easy and quick. Was there about 30 minutes from start to finish. Delivery the next day. Stress free lovely experience.

Wife and I visited the Mesquite store and was greeted by Jordan.
We were shopping around looking to upgrade our mattress.
To our surprise Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our experience. He explained every facets about mattresses that we didn't know.
Even though we went over our budget in our purchase it was money well spent.
We been to other stores but their sales associates didn't come close to what Jordan explained to us .
We will be back in the future and will highly recommend Jordan from Ashley to all friends
and family.

How we wanted. We had time to find just what we wanted and Steve took care of the rest. Once we chose what we wanted it was 15 minutes and we were out of the store.

Our salesperson (CT was excellent. Friendly. Not pushy. Knew product well and found exactly what we wanted. Asked manager for best deal.

Contract quickly and out the door.

The manager could have come over and said hello. Otherwise. I’ll be coming back for more purchases and ask for CT .

My experience was fantastic. Stephen was my sales associate. He assisted me right away. I had everything I wanted in my cart on the Flipp app which is a must have app. I showed Stephen what I wanted. He showed me my selections and was even able to do a pre qualifying finance application which I was approved. We got all of this done on my lunch hour which left me with 15 min to grab a bite and get back to work on TIME!!! Thank you Stephen!!!

Rosa was very helpful in my quest to find the perfect side table. Took me through the whole store looking in the dark wood pieces. . Found what I wanted, did the paperwork! Scheduled delivery! Easy Peasy! Pleasant experience.

Chill sales people- they may keep an eye on you in case you need them, but not following you around like a puppy. When it’s time to order, thorough process and follow through to delivery! Great delivery tracking app and delivery folks too!

Victoria was very polite and not pushy. When we entered the store, she greeted us, and we just told her that we were looking around and would like to take our time without being followed…so to speak😁. She was very respectful, told us to look around and if we needed any assistance, just to let her know. In doing this, we took our time and looked at dinette suites on our own, when we were ready to deal, she took great care of us. Thank you Victoria

We visited last week to search out furniture for our son’s home. Shelley served us and helped us to identify key pieces.
Even though we didn’t buy that day she still made our experience a good one.
We returned last night to make our initial purchase and she stayed over to assist us without a complaint.
Definitely a positive business experience!

The store folks were great. I first purchased a mattress and foundation and pillows and then went back the following to purchase a new bedroom suite. Shamelle Smith was very helpful and made process seamless. Kudos to her for she got my business on the second day of bedroom shopping. She treated my friend and I right and I made the purchase and can’t wait till my new bedroom is delivered. When I need a new living room I will certainly be back to Ashley to see what I want.

I had a wonderful and pleasant experience last night. I have been looking online for the last couple of months, trying to decide what will match in my room. Want to say thanks to Cedric for helping me with my purchase.

I’m a frugal spender, but I believe the sales person name was Jason, he was phenomenal. He wasn’t pushy but he gave me the reason why purchasing a therapeutic mattress would be an investment. I listened to him carefully, because I knew I wasn’t going to buy it. I’m not an easy person to get to buy something when my mind is made up on something specific. I just was trying to get the least expensive mattress I could find. Well, Jason explained the health benefits of it as well. I laid on that mattress and the difference it made on how restful I felt was quite noticeable. I am a side sleeper but it hurts my arm and shoulders. I laid on that bed and I didn’t hurt. I was sold. I also bought a bed that I’ve always wanted and a dining room set. I’m a happy customer.

We had a good experience with our sales rep, Steve. We were in and out of the store within 30 mins. Steve was attentive, listened, and completed our order and signed us up for delivery all within that timeframe.

I experienced a really good deal at Ashley today. The young sales person, Jordan King, was awesome and his manager sealed the deal!!!
