Macy's NorthPark is a great location! Great selection of clothing, cologne, and some Godiva chocolates! The staff is nice, especially at the cologne section. I choose this location over the Town East location.

My wife was going to India. She bought lots of purses and other stuff from Mesquite and and from Firewheel mall

My husband purchased a pair on Levi's his size 38/30 the last pair in that size. Fit perfect. The fitting room was convenient next to the register to check out. What was helpful was having a price checker nearby. 👍💯☺ It's the little things. The pants were actually on sale which was even better. Again it's the little things. Thanks Macy❣

Cashier , super friendly... after we checked out she took out time to show us some items like we had at sale prices. She asked everyone in line to excuse her & she would be right back then proceeded to accommodate me & my wife.

Mary Helen was so helpful and understanding. While it was Chasity first day she was very attentive and helpful , they were able to get me the bag I was looking for my moms birthday ! It was worth the 1 hour drive!

Mrs. Jazmine completed my returns swiftly while being very kind. She was irritated that I had alot. Also, as a past retail worker I appreciated the fact that she didn’t leave the clothes in a pile for the next person. She was multitasking efficiently! She sorted, put them on hangers, and scanned all while keeping a smile on her face. Her customer service was very refreshing. I’ll come here now instead of going to Northpark just because of her!

I really enjoyed shopping here much as I go to the mall I've never went in to Macy's money well spent they had some great deals

The girl at Sun Glass hut was awesome and then a lady with perfume helped us. It was like a Ghost Town but on a Saturday evening...
