IHOP

This was our 1st time visiting this location, and it was a positive experience. Heather was the manager who went above and beyond to provide our family with great service. Jose was our server, and he was well experienced in waiting tables. He memorized our 4 orders and got them perfect! It was really busy, but our wait time wasn't long at all and we ordered quickly so the food came out in good time. Lastly, Heather and Jose were able to help apply our rewards towards our meal in a creative way.

I was absolutely amazed at the speed and efficiency this IHOP operated at. We assumed it would be a 20 minute wait and we were seated in less than five. Our server was professional and attentive even though she was very busy. Our food was delicious. Wonderful trip.

Amazing experience with the plus for kindness from the staff.
Especially from my family’s waitress, Destiny V. My younger brother has special needs and tends to be very hyper, but she and the staff were so patient with him and made the experience amazing for all of us. I really wish nothing but the best for that woman, she truly was an angel.
The food is comforting, although maybe the orange juice isn’t that much to rave about, over all, amazing dine in and I would come to eat here again.

It was extremely busy,actually nowhere to park, I got on the wait list, 4 of us and 20 minutes later we we're called, they had estimated 45 minutes. Service was great, food delicious.

9-3-23. Had brunch, unable to check in online, not so busy, 15 minutes and we were called. Our waitress was very nice and helpful.

Food was ok, no salt, no seasoning just meh. My plate had onions, she said i wrote no onions, ill get you another plate, she said keep plate, so i started eating my hashbrowns, she came back, they told her needed plate because they didnt believe me😡, Iwas like omg, of course take it, I'm not going to eat that.
Maybe best part are the pancakes. My grandbaby likes them.

Good location. Near LBJ freeway. Food was wel cooked. Restaurant not too big, so you can ear all the discussions coming from the kitchen. Or waiter to good care of us.

The server we had (I believe Jennelle or Jeannie maybe) was nice. She was quick and made sure everything was correct. She was an older woman with bangs. She did many check backs. She was quick to refill drinks and ensure the experience was pleasant.

The atmosphere could be improved. We witnessed employees being degrading and down right rude to the busser who never stopped working. There were employees on their phones and wearing EarPods and not attending to guests. The manager seemed to enjoy gossiping instead of assisting the busy restaurant or checking on guests. There was also a blonde Russian woman loudly complaining to anyone who would listen.

We enjoyed our food and our server but we probably wouldn’t visit again due to the many other issues we saw while visiting.

I went early in the morning, the service was excellent, place was clean and food was great. I always usually order thru door dash but this time i got to experience the place. I will go back

Seated quickly. Waitress was friendly and kept my water glass refilled. Food was good and hot

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every employee was professional, dressed appropriately, and working at a pace of urgency. The food was great. Portions were good,temperature was good,taste was good,and timing was also good. Our server had great timing and was attentive to our needs. Not too much and not too little. The place was clean iincluding the restrooms. We will return in the future.Not a bad wait time considering its free pancake day. Thank you! A+++++++++

Had a slight waiting time but well worth it, i am not a big fan of breakfast but did enjoy my food. Waiter was very attentive and friendly. What a great time we had as visitors to Mesquite.

Absolute breakfast perfection. Omelette & pancakes to die for! The waitress (Lakriesha - no spell check avail) was a pure delight & made our day! We'll be back for more!

I really enjoyed my breakfast with hubby I had a great experience I had a young African American guy who was very nice and attentive to our needs I will return to this location all of the staff was friendly and nice and the food was hot and fresh.

IHOP was great as usual, I had the Mega Monster Cheeseburger and it was good and juicy! I look forward to my next visit and the next Mega Monster!
