Harbor Freight Tools

Definitely well worth your time if you're buying certain things. Tools are discounted and most have a good warranty. I personally purchased either automotive or large construction tools since they tend to break often and don't want to spend extra money for no reason. Also there floor jacks for cars are decently priced compared to name brand and work just as well.

Harbor freight is a must for supplies for all projects - home, auto, etc. Pricing is always second to none, especially when shopping sales and/or using coupons. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I love this place and highly recommend it. Most recent notable purchase was a Motorcycle lift and I love it.

On September 23, 2022 I was in need of a battery 🔋 to go into my scale. I walked in the store and had No clue as to where I needed to look for this battery. I had my scale in my hand and a look on my face saying...help me!!! I walked through the store and the Supervisor Sharon asked me right away...How can I help you....😊. She showed me as in walked me to where the batteries were and also checked me out. She was very helpful and had great customer service skills. Keep up the good work Sharon...👏👏.

New store, very nice, organized, clean look, and has more items than other stores. The staff was very friendly and really willing to help with a smile. It's a good place for quick "need" visit, check it out.

I usually buy my tools from Harbor Freight. You can't beat the combination of good quality and great price. This is one of the nicest Harbor Freight stores in the area. Lots of space and you can tell it's been recently built.

Clean, well organized store with helpful employees. For those not familiar with Harbor Freight the store is mostly known for good quality tools at very good prices.

My experience is always great. The staff at the Cary location truly knows the inventory and does not hesitate to share their knowledge. Even when I had to order an item, I was seamlessly guided through the process.

Customer service was great. They were out of what I need on the shelf out front. The associate immediately went to the back and got what I needed. I was in and out in no time flat.

Love this place. But before you go do your homework and look up the brands they have. Some are off brands and some are name brands and they are a good deal there.

First place to look for tools for the best prices especially when they’re on sale. Had no issues with the tools that were bought from here.

At the Cary N.C. location, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Charles, Sandra, and Sharon. They are blessings in disguise. I got to the store 5 minutes before closing time (my apologies). They helped me with smiling face and warm conversation right up to the point of checkout 😃 Charles was a heaven sent because I had no clue what I was doing. He politely answered every one of my questions. They need to all be given a bonus, raise, and a promotion 🙌🏽 👏🏽. In a world that seems to be lacking in true customer service... these three are amazing! Cooperate... please show them tons of appreciation 🙏🏽 they are real assets to the company.
