Kelly is AMAZING! I told her I needed 24 balloons for the next day and she made it happen for my daughter’s 13th birthday! She made sure the balloons stayed in place and made it so much easier to load into my SUV. Thank you so much for helping me make my princess’s day so special!

The store had everything I needed, and then some. Sales associate Diana and manager Jasmine were awesome. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

*Please like our reviews.* THIS SHOP IS NO CLOSED. Wheelchair accessible. Another party city closing. They still have tons of discounted items at 70% off. If you are wanting to dress up for October, now is the time to get those costumes. They still have lots of party plates, spoons balloons.*Note: They do not have any helium available.* We are so sad to see Party City go. Despite closing, staff has been friendly and helpful. Special events just won't be the same.We wish company & employees the very best.

Recent trip to Party City Crossroads for supplies. Greeted at door by extremely friendly manager who took us right to needed items. Store was tidy, neat & organized, unlike it had been when we were there a few years ago. Kudos!

Thus store has excellent customer service. Came in for birthday balloons at the last minute. I was well taken care of by staff. I was greeted by 3 or 4 different people. I picked my balloons and it took, maybe 10 minutes. Even the manager asked me if I was finding everything okay. My wife was super happy with hers balloons. Thanks again for excellent customer service.

I absolutely LOVE PARTY CITY! ...I was so sad to learn all the locations in North Carolina are closing! ... The crew was very positive and upbeat, despite the store closing... I was super excited about them having the bright green gift wrap I needed to ship my client's orders. My Green & Gorgeous Boutique is truly grateful!

What a fabulous surprise. For a shop that really has what ever holiday attire you desire party city has really stepped it up with adding a pride section. Everyone should be proud of who they are. BLAM.

Came in right at 10 A.M. and the attendant was very helpful as I had to order balloons last minute for a work celebration. She was very kind and helpful and helped direct me to which balloons were available.

The staff here is amazing! Anocka, Jose, and the manager here on duty (short with black hair) are GREAT! They all deserve a raise for outstanding customer service, thank you, thank you!!!

Everyone was super friendly and informative about my balloons. I had brought my own and was trying to figure out how to get them blown up and hidden until Thursday as I'm trying to surprise my mother. Not only did they help in creating an order for me to pick up later, they also helped come up with ideas on how to sneak them past my mom!

I wish I got the person name who checked me out. He was so nice and down to earth while checking people out in a timely manner. He had braids and wore a hat. The store was very clean even while employees were putting items out.

The new set up great, I love the ability to pick your own balloon. Its a little overwhelming to have so many isles with duplicate categories. Prior there was an isle for adult birthday and isle for kids birthday now its 10 short isles for each. (Over-exaggeration but you will see when you go)
It allows you more time and space in your party theme area without constantly crossing over people, in congested isles, which is great. BUT its a scavenger hunt to find what you are looking for. Its perfect for COVID-19 shopping, but they need a map. Employees are super knowledgeable about locations which is a big plus. IT WILL BE INTERESTING TO SEE HOW THEY DISPLAY HALLOWEEN COSTUMES AND DECOR!

Called in the morning and got great service. I was looking for something specific and they were very friendly and helpful in clarifying what I needed and then checking stock. I haven't actually been to the location but I was impressed by the staff I interacted with on the phone, which i usually expect to be less inclined to help than in-person.

I absolutely love this store at the customer service here is always great and they have a wide variety of things. They definitely have a lot of things at are more expensive at Party City then it per say Dollar Tree and then pretty much the same quality but all in all they have a lot of variety of things you're not going to find anywhere else. The store is also well laid out and always clean.
