The yam is the freshest around, the store is very clean and well arranged. The staff members are super helpful and very friendly! I wish I only had one closer to where I live. This store never disappoints.

Love this place friendly staff and if you can’t find an item the staff are so helpful the show you where things are! I love coming her to get items for my creole dishes.

I was looking for mackerel in tomato sauce, went to food lion they did not have it. I was led to go to Cary African and Caribbean and I found some!!! I'll be back, there are dishes I'd like to try and they have what I need.
