Wonderful selection and outstanding customer service. Stopped by here to drop off online returns. Was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door, thanked when I left. I felt valued as a customer.

The shelves are organized. The store was clean. Employees were very polite.

Small retail spot but offers a surprisingly good amount of product for both women and men (men’s section is about a 1/4 of the store). Lots of denim options, so we were a bit overwhelmed. We asked Gabriela if she could help, and she accepted without hesitation. She was very polite, pleasant, and patient to work with. It honestly made our visit worth it, so thank you Gabriela! It’s nice to know that they offer free hemming on in-store and online orders. Not instant turnaround, but it’s reasonable and free.

I had my first shopping experience here at Madewell not long ago. The jeans were amazing and so so comfy. Liana made my experience even better with her wonderful customer service. She recommended so many styles to me and helped me find the one that I loved the most! Excellent customer service, great quality pieces, I highly recommend!
