Bloomingdale's

One of my favorite store. Nice section of products. Spacious building, friendly sales reps.

Went in for a specific item, they didnt have the size. We didn't realize they were only open until 8pm. Asked if they could order it and they stayed open late for us. Made sure we got what we needed. Great customer service!

Needed a dress for a black tie event. We walked in, found her dress, and walked out. Friendly employees.

Nadine Fink at the counter was INCREDIBLE. She was so helpful after another woman at the other counter completely ignored me as I was standing at there, she was very rude but Nadine quickly remedied the situation.

Would be nice if they had a nespresso store since KOP location don't anymore even though they were always busy. Makes no sense

My sister and I came here with our mom for mother of the bride shopping for her wedding. The selection was nice and diverse and the sales woman in the dress department was so friendly and helpful and did an amazing job assisting us in a very respectful, manner. The fitting rooms were spacious and the lighting was decent in them. Each one had a stool to stand on and angled mirrors which was perfect for trying on dresses. The sales woman would occasionally check in to ask if we needed anything which provided a personalized experience that you just don't receive at other department stores. After holding two dresses aside for us to think about as we searched elsewhere that day, she was happy to pull them out for us when we came back a few hours later. Her help was much appreciated and the whole shopping experience at this Bloomingdales was just exceptional and made for a fun day! I would definitely come back here for dress shopping again.

Salesperson from Clinique counter helped me at Bobbi Brown counter since no one was working at that counter. She was a delight and I am happy with my new lipstick and face powder.

It's a Very clean and very nice store. The have high-end products and sell them a decent prices.

Ship and fun for my grand baby Jenesis birthday party in the mall on third floor next to Bloomingdale. We did 12-2pm it was perfect for age 1yrs -4 the room is very kid friendly with floors matted soft. So many things for them to play with and sit in and run in soft. When I say nice I mean awesome the staff is very nice. You must take all shoe off in play area with kids.

This Bloomingdale is so much better than KOP. I was able to get fabulous service and my clothes was not Placed in a paper bag it was hung up in a dress bag. The one thing that I was surprised I had to look for a customer service person in the men's department. But when found 1 she immediately helped me. I tried calling prior to my arrival To talk to my clothing rep and this was my 3rd phone call and I did not receive a call back. Besides this incident, they are still better than KING OF PRESSURE.

I’ve shopped in this Bloomingdale’s a few times , I have to say I’ve never met such a out going, very pleasant employee that I’ve met yesterday. Her name is Stacy in customer service. I believe she works part time. She didn’t know this but I was going threw a lot and after talking to her she really brightened my day! We need more people in the world like her! She is such a sweetheart ❤

Lots of good perfumes and other goodies

Sharon & Lana in the cosmetics department were fantastic on Friday night. I needed a help finding a new perfume and cologne, as well as skincare and makeup. They gave me superb service and very welcoming even through their masks. So happy with my purchases. Thank you ladies!

Love this store!! Everything is organized so I’m not walking around wasting time looking for things and I love the staff. I went in looking for a gift for my best friend and Natasha helped me find the perfect gift! Everything was simple, effortless and no headache. Natasha knows what the best sellers are and was able to get me in and out quickly with a gift at hand!!!

Always quality merchandise! Staff are polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what they are selling. If what you desire is not in the store and it is in stock, helpful staff arrange for shipment right to your home...at no cost!. My experience is that shipments arrive before estimated arrival time! A classy place to shop!! 👏👏🤗

Fancy stuff, variety, clean, nice ambience

They sell items here for purchase. A really large clothing store. They don't sell food or video game items here only clothing. I came in here looking for a restroom. And left with a really nice skirt and matching shoes that are literally fire emoji
