Want to acknowledge the AMAZING customer service we received on 3/9/2024 at around 12:30pm. It was my first time using the coupon system and I was really nervous. She was super helpful and kind and even showed me, on her screen the discounts that were taken off. Customer service like this does not exist anymore. I'll be shopping here more (with my coupons) more often ❤❤

I just want to say that the dollar store at this address needs to give their employees a big raise! The air conditioning does not work! It's about one hundred degrees in the store! I've been there twice in the last two days. There is a young black gentleman that is the ultimate professional! You are lucky to have him as an employee! Please show your appreciation for him! Nobody needs to work in those conditions!

AMAZING and RARE WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION
There is a gentlemen working the floor about noon today (July 9, 2018) that seemingly reads minds and provides the best service I've ever seen in any retail store. I was starring at dish soaps. He walked past the end of the isle about 50 feet away once. Then he walked back by and saw I was still staring that them. So he yells down the isle, something like "The rest of the dish soaps are right here." I looked up because I thought he couldn't be talking to me but it was too relevant to what I was thinking. He pointed to them and then disappeared back to whatever he was working on. Then I hear him just say out of the blue to someone else on another Isle, "I think what you're looking for is closer to the end." I happened to be walking to the isle where the elderly lady customer was and she literally said to me with a smile, "How did he know what I was looking for?" and we both chuckled and I said "He did the same thing to me a few minutes ago." Then I asked where cleaning gloves were and he told me in what I would call "fast detail." I walked straight to them because what he told me to look for was the first thing you see when you hit that isle. This dude works like he's 3 people. I'm still wondering if there was indeed two guys that were twins working. I must have seen him 5 times while I was there. If this is how he works all of the time, this dude needs to train other employees in locations where the service is lacking. He was all smiles and constantly moving fast. If I owned any type of retail store, I would have called bean counters to see if we could afford to put another person on payroll. If the answer was yes, I would have literally begun the process of vetting him right then and there. People like this are very rare in the retail space, in my opinion.
Oh and further more the lady at checkout was nicer than normal too. I left that store literally smiling because of the very uncanned way she told me to have a good day after she handed me my bagged items.
I'm not even the same race as these two people so they clearly are not subscribing to all of these stuff on the news these days. These two people seem to have simply chosen to be happy and enjoy what they do. Again, very rare in the retail space these days. I wish they would tell me the secret. My cohorts would probably drive there to thank them. The next time I have my daughter in Columbia (we live in the ATL) I'm going to take her there and hopefully get to talk to her about how that experience is different and rare after we get back in the car. She's 7 and I am always harping on being happy and what can derail your happiness as an adult.

Upon entering this establishment off of Bluff Road and the staff were very friendly and getting new items in.... The staff were great helping out their customers. I'll definitely be back...

A convenient and quick place to pick up a few things and avoid the big stores. The manager there is great, she's always helpful and positive.

The area need to be clear for the handicap I had to go two iles to get back to the items I needed to be a little more cleaner but staff was very friendly and helpful thanks to the lady's that was there
