I was very pleased with the customer care and friendliness of the salesperson… this sales person Dave this was his second time and each time he was very helpful and knowledgeable, but this last time he bent over backwards and help me with my task scanning and email step by step. Office Depot/Office Max has a terrific employee, John, in the print department. Really took his time with my order, went above and beyond to help complete my purchase order and finished in 2 hours. When I wasn’t coming back for 24-36.

Went to see if they could make a poster.. I was ready to order. But the guy did it asap and only took like 20 mins which was spectacular considering they just had a blackout seconds ago and all the copiers had to reset… was VERY pleased

Went there this evening for a computer chair for my son. Rob and Ben were so helpful, professional, personable, and provided us with great customer service. Will definitely come back due to the great shopping experience provide by these 2 gentlemen.

Dave at the Fairless Hills Office Max runs an amazing copy and print department. I would recommend it to anyone needing a professionally done copy job of documents.

I found the store staff to offer friendly, as well as, knowledgeable services about their store products. Also, I didn't have to wait for the attention of a sales associate to answer my questions, I was immediately approached and asked if I needed any assistance. The sales associate that I worked with was working with another person, and left that customer for a minute, to acknowledge that I had entered the store and informed me that he was working with someone, and would be with me momentarily, he then directed to the aisle where I would find the items that I was looking to purchase.
