DICK'S Sporting Goods

I had a great experience at this location today. My daughter recently signed up for softball, and I was given a list of items to purchase. I did not have a clue on the sizing of any of these items. A wonderful associate by the name of Colin assisted us. He went above and beyond to help us. He took his time helping her with the proper fitting with each item. When he was done, he even came back with an extra item that we definitely needed that wasn't on the list. This employee made our 5 star experience!

My company is actually doing the painting here on there expansion of the building and there staff is awesome !

Rich from the golf section was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Very knowledgeable and personable!!

Justin, one of the managers of this store, is hands down the best retail manager I have ever encountered! He listened to my complaint without interruption and helped by reassuring the issue would be addressed. You never know when someone is having a bad moment or a bad day in general. Awesome experience! Salesman, Jay in Footwear, was the best! So friendly and knowledgeable! We bought 2 pairs of Brooks Adrenalines and 8 pairs of special socks with anti-blister technology. So excited!! My toes feel like the are on pillows!!

Skylar at checkout was great! Wonderful customer service and explained different things on my receipt.

It is a very good store to buy sports-related items. Almost every sprots-related item can be found in this store.

I wanted to send praise out to your bike tech. This is a tough time for bikes right now. Low availability and probably high criticism for stock issues (I work in retail, I get it) Your bike tech at Oxford Valley took my call on a Sunday for one of the last bikes in stock. I wanted to come try it out but we live an hour away and he let me know it wasn't built. I asked if he would save it for me and build it. On his first day back he had it built in the morning and let me know. Mind you, I had not purchased it yet, he did me a huge favor. My husband went to pick it up and it is perfect. Thank you so very much to your bike tech. He did an amazing job, was very responsive and I am so grateful. Please extend my gratitude to him. ...Best, Anne

amazing service by this girl Alyssa. she was so sweet, very helpful, and just knew what i was talking about… she talked to me the whole time while helping me. she was telling me that it’s so busy today because it was truck day today and she still found time to help me. she helped me for about 15-20 minutes.i didn’t find one thing that i was looking for but she told me about ordering it online and it would come before christmas! she deserves this review! thank you ALYSSA!!

Trying to find workout equipment during this pandemic has been difficult and expensive! I was able to find multiple pieces at a very affordable price!

Scott in the bike shop took care of me. Next day turnaround. I leave for NY tomorrow and needed my bike back asap. I called ahead and told them I would be running late. There was a lil discrepancy with my name(J) but the Mgr who’s name I didn’t get was really nice even tho I came 1min before closing. Thanks guys I’m happy with the service I got.

Store has most sporting equipment you need. Employees are mostly wonderful. The ones I dealt with helped me beyond expectations, one measured my son for a bat and searched till he found one. Wisah I knew his name. Store wasn't well stocked but I shouldn't go at 5 on a sunday on a beautiful day. I go anytime need any gear or equipment.

The manager Meagan was a god send! She helped us in a pinch and is going to make some kids very happy this Christmas! Thank you!
