I needed some documents scanned and fortunately UPS sells flash drives too. Jacob works at this store and he was so friendly and helpful to me. He got all my documents scanned into the flash drive. Thank you so much for your kind assistance!!!

Jessica was fantastic. I couldn't get my labels printed. After several attempts, Jessica came up with a solution that worked. I've been to a few different UPS Stores in Greenville for many different reasons: printing/shipping/packaging.

This location is by far the best!
Everyone I've dealt with at this location [especially the manager--I think his name is Tyler] has been incredibly polite and personable.

They apologize profusely if they are so busy that you have to wait at all.

Today I stopped in just to pick up something that I sent via email to be printed. It was around 5pm, so I expected a little bit of a wait. There were two women ahead of me who were sending packages. One of them took a little longer since it was a large box that needed a lot of packaging and stuff... The other only took a couple of minutes. Once it was my turn to be tended to, the manager [Tyler?] instantly knew that I was there to pick up the printed pages and made sure to apologize for the wait. He offered me an envelope to hold my printed pages, which was very thoughtful!

I'm definitely sticking with this store for all of my shipping and printing needs.

I mailed homemade chocolate covered pretzel to my child college aged child for a Halloween party. I dropped off the package fully expecting some of the pretzels to arrive broken. I was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED when my child called and said that not a single pretzel was broken. I'm not sure how that box was wrapped but I am beyond impressed that 100s of pretzels made it from Greenville to Charleston and not one broke! That in addition to the fact that my package arrived the next day! Attention to details and prompt service are reasons why I pay extra to ship via The UPS Store. This was an absolutely positive experience!

This was my first experience shipping out a package and I will always be returning! We were expecting a long process and hefty fines but it took less than 10 minutes. Anthony was such a help. He walked us through the whole thing and helped us pick out the best option for our budget and timeframe. We found the perfect delivery time for less than 15 bucks. For the price and no headache 2 thumbs up!!! Keep up the great service!

I would recommend The UPS Store 5547 at 1140 Woodruff Rd to anyone who enjoys professional service. The staff at this UPS Store are more than professional. They're personable and courteous, as well as downright efficient. I used them to ship a expensive and delicate musical instrument which arrived at its destination in perfect condition. They're a great addition to our local business community.

I just mailed an odd-shaped package (motorcycle helmet) from this store and had a great experience. Bob, the manager, was cheerful and charming. He quickly and securely packed the helmet and sent it on its way at a very fair price. I would highly recommend using his store.

Amazing service! My husband and I were
Carrying in a bulky box of (medium weight) and the employee met us at the door with a cart! Wow such great service, I was impressed. Friendly, efficient and quick. We will be back!

I wanted to make a simple drop off but I had the wrong place. Warren helped me anyways. He told me where to go and taped my package up so that it wouldn’t fall out. He had a big smile and did’t make me feel dumb about being in the wrong place. I’m big on customer service and the fact that I got great service (going to the wrong place) deserves 5 stars from me. We have rented a box from this location for over 5 years. The staff and owner are always kind, curious, and helpful. When we call, they are happy to check on our mail for us. We also use this location for shipping, packing, stamps, shredding, and more; It is so easy to have all of our needs in one location.

I have been using this location many times and always had a very pleasant customer experience.

Every visit to The Ups Store #5547 is a pleasant one. Tyler is usually the person that helps me and he is ALWAYS professional, pleasant, and helpful. Tyler is also highly knowledgeable about every aspect of the store. Keep up the superb work!

Kaleb is supreme in service! My sorority proudly shipped 1,212 Pillowcase Dresses and shirts for children in Haiti 🇭🇹 Kaleb was customer focused and patient as we had 16 boxes that needed to be weighed, measured and labeled for shipping! Kaleb, you rock!

Super helpful staff. We’ve been there many times, and they’ve always been friendly and polite. They went out of their way to find us an old receipt last week. They’re efficient and make it seem easy.

Our go to place for shipping. The team is super knowledgeable and friendly and does an excellent job supporting their customers.

The store looks great and clean. The location is great for me as I visit my son in the neighborhood often. The service at the store is exceptional.

It can be a little slow. But the employees are smart and the owner is honest. Probably the best packing store in the area.
