I absolutely love this store! Not only do they have a great selection, but their staff is top notch. They are super friendly and very helpful. We just built our home and purchased our flooring and bath tiles for our home.

Got help quickly from the guy working in the Hardwood Flooring dept. He stayed with us to help us find something that would work for our house and answered many, many questions that we had. Helpful without pressure to make a sale! He set us up with a rep to get someone out to measure for an estimate and left us in her capable hands. We await our appointment in a couple days... Really like our experience with this company so far.

I'm not sure why I missed this place during my home remodel projects. By habit I went to the two big box stores and never did price comparisons. I get a %10 military discount at those other two places and even after that Floor & Decor is at the same price point or less. If I need help there is always someone nearby to answer my questions or help me load my purchases. Returns are super easy with no questions asked. I would encourage anyone who is looking for floor and wall supplies to check out Floor & Decor before you purchase somewhere else. I just finished flooring my kitchen and saved hundreds of dollars for a superior product I couldn't get anywhere else. They even helped me arrange my installation and loaded my supplies for me.

Great place. I can't say how pleased I am with the assistance I received by James S. He went above and beyond to help me even though it was time for him to be off work. He was very courteous and kind. I wish more people that work with the public were like James. I appreciate all that he did to help me.

My husband & I were looking for tile & trim for our bathroom. There’s so much beautiful tile & variety that we got a bit overwhelmed! Courtney saw us & asked if we needed help. We’d already picked out the main tile but were undecided re the trim & shampoo niche. She took us to the trim section & gave us great ideas & suggestions! She’s really good at math & helped us get the correct square footage! Then she helped us pick out the right color grout & metal pieces for the edges. We also needed to find some hardwood flooring. She patiently took us down the flooring aisle to try to match the sample we’d brought from home.
Courtney, thanks for going the extra mile for us! My husband just had surgery & couldn’t do any heavy lifting. After we paid, she walked out our laden cart & loaded everything into our SUV! We were impressed with Courtney’s help & expertise, along with her beautiful smile!

I like the store, they have a big selection of tile and accessories. I have purchased from there several times. Their linear drains are also good and cheaper than brand name one. Good selection of Schluter strips and accessories.

Great place! Very pleased to have visited this store. As I was asking about our order being my first time there a meaningless but uncomfortable situation happened but David stepped in with amazing professionalism and everything was handled appropriately. Definitely will come back and visit.

As a tile installer, time is money. Floor & Decor had my order ready for pick-up when they said they would. They had me loaded with two pallets of material in no time and on my way. Very professional and I highly recommend this company.

Amazing shopping experience every time I’ve been here! The staff go above and beyond to help me. A special Thanks to Derrick in the Greenville store. He came to check on me (as I loudly and clumsily dropped some tile) and then helped me shop until I found everything I needed. He even offered design advice!

Jessica is the most considerate and helpful person I’ve had help me for a long time. She knows her products very well so you can trust her advise. We have been in the remolding business for years and many times good help isn’t always available. Thank you Jessica. I’ll see you for countertops!

Was working with Mustafa, an interior designer from FD in Greenville. Can’t say enough good things about him. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He helped me to choose everything I needed for my new house. Recommend him %100.

David and Oscar are the best with Customer Service and always polite, helpful and appreciated. They guys should train other stores... especially Pineville, NC. The Pineville store has the rudest people in pickup, they need retrained or let go.

Buying tile for , 4 bathrooms, laundry room , and kitchen. Kinda overwhelming, except for our design consultant, Shelise Scott, who had the best designs and alternatives ever.

One week ago Zen helped us load 14 boxes of large format tile by himself. He was extremely personable, friendly and mannerly. Qualities you don’t find very often in young people today. He is a hard worker and a great asset to the Floor and Decor team. We had to come back to the store today to get tile for my sister and Zen helped us again. We had a great experience at your Floor and Decor store and will come back again.

Really great selection. We fully renovated our home and love the myriad of tile we had to choose from at Floor & Decor. It was overwhelming on day one, so we bought some sample pieces and brought them home. Day 2, we felt more confident about our choices.

I recently visited the Greenville store where I had the pleasure of working with Devon to find the perfect tiles for our shower. He spent a great deal of time going through stacks of tile to help me choose the exact perfect ones to make my vision a reality. He went above and beyond and offered expert advice along the way!

This place has lots of flooring options at discount prices. There are lots of other items for home remodeling as well. Great discount prices of tile and vinyl plank.

Zac was an excellent help today! My wife and I were looking for adhesives for tile and after helping us find what we were looking for, he struck up a great conversation about pets! He was very engaging. Thank you so much. Also, Pamela was great at checkout making sure we left with everything we needed. Great staff! Looking forward to the next trip to Floor and Decor!

This was my first visit to a Floor & Decor store and my experience could not have been better! I had been to 5 other tile stores. I found many lovely tiles but nothing that really clicked until I found the perfect tile at Floor & Decor! They had so many beautiful tiles that I had not seen in any of the other stores I had been in. What really made my experience exceptional was the help I received from Steven! He found the boxes for the tile that I found on display, he loaded the boxes onto the cart and then he went around the store with me to collect all of the items I would need for the job. He also rung up the order and took the cart out and loaded it into the car. Seriously! And he made sure to load the car so that the weight was evenly distributed! I still can’t get over it! I can’t think of a time when I received this kind of customer service! I like to support small local businesses but really, the other 5 stores were small local stores and none of the store attendants got out of their chairs to help me. They had no inventory and the lead time to order is 2 weeks. Oh and no returns at all. Today I left the store with everything I need to start tiling tonight, well, I could if that is what I wanted to do. Anyway, thank you Steven for an amazing experience and thank you floor and decor for bathroom tile that will be timeless and will brighten every day for me! And if I have any left, I can return it for a refund! Amazing!
