The staff here are awesome and always helpful. Not to mention the best pharmacist and staff in the upstate work at this location! Always incredibly kind and helpful, especially with Insurance companies that are less than pleasant to deal with. Thank you for your professionalism, patience and kindness!!

Update:
I continue to shop CVS frequently, both in store and online. I signed up for their Care Pass program. For about $5 per month, you get a $10 Care Pass reward. I use it monthly for purchasing over the counter medications and supplements. I also take advantage of the free delivery service for online purchases and prescriptions that are not controlled substances. It's totally worth it, especially for seniors!

I only shop for grocery or cosmetic items here in a pinch since their prices tend to run higher than Walmart or Amazon. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's their pharmacy team, however, that is stellar. They all pretty much know me already, but even as a first-time customer, I was impressed by their pharmacists. They are often very busy, but take the time to carefully answer any questions I might have, and often come over to point out precautions or possible side affects about a new to me medication.

The manager at this location is the only reason I’m rating it highly. He is always so friendly when you walk in. However, the pharmacy is absolute garbage. The staff is rude and the drive-thru is narrow, so if you want to leave, you have to wait for someone behind you or in front of you to leave. We were actually STUCK in-between cars for 40 minutes (not exaggerating) in the drive-thru while they did a COVID test. It seems like a huge safety hazard and I ultimately wish there was a Walgreens closer to our home.

Friendly service and helpful staff. This store is at a sometimes VERY busy intersection, East Butler and Tanner Rd. There are multiple subdivisions down Tanner Road and Butler is one of the major arteries thru Mauldin, connecting I85 on the West side and I385 and Woodruff Road on the East. This keeps the store busy during rush hours. The pharmacy is extremely busy at times, but staff are knowledgeable and polite. The store is always clean and bright and well-stocked.

The ladies here are friendly, especially Casey!

I went to pick up a money order and a few things after another store wasn't able to give me what I needed since the machine was broken...this store took complete care of me and Mr. An was a VERY kind and friendly help to me. I never leave reviews, but I had such a great experience that I thought I should this time! Thanks again!

The employees are very helpful and friendly. They have free Wi-Fi. The Extracare dollars add up quickly and offer good savings.

I needed minimal help since the remodel and they were out of one item I needed; but the staff was friendly and helped me find the rest on my list.
