CVS

I recently needed to have a special picture developed and couldn’t wait til next day pick up. My husband was leaving early next day and I wanted him to bring a copy of a special picture to our daughter in Canada. I am a senior and had problems understanding the print photo kiosk. The customer service agent Harry came to my rescue. He took time to assist me through the process. Harry demonstrated kindness, patience, and very professional customer service. I will continue shopping at Five Forks in Simpsonville CVS because of the great staff such as Harry!

Excellent Staff for scheduled hours that are given. Glad they are given time for lunch break. Customers need to be more responsible and plan accordingly.

I am very pleased with my most recent visit to CVS. The store was clean and well stocked. I could easily find what I was looking for. I was greeted upon entering the store and help was offered. The employees were cheerful and working hard. I used self checkout with no trouble at all. I was acknowledged upon exiting with a cheerful “ have a good day”. Thank you, CVS!

I’ve never had a bad experience with the pharmacy. They’re straightforward, not rude, and always busy. They do stop and answer your questions and give advice if you don’t beat around the bush. Multiple times they’ve told me my medicine will take a few hours to fill (normal time and fine by me, they have others to do first), and fifteen minutes later I’ll get a text message saying it’s ready, and it always is if I go back right then. They can’t control the length of the lines and people not being ready when they get to the window. If you want faster service, go inside.

Got vaccinated and the lady did an amazing job, I didn’t feel anything. Was a quick and easy process and was nice and friendly

Filled my prescription very quickly at the last minute. All of the people there were clearly working hard instead of the usual laissez-faire attitude.

Went there for my first covid shot and was very nervous. The line moved fast and the gentleman that gave me the shot was super nice. He helped calm nervous customers down as they waited to get their vaccine. Super nice guy. Really kind store associates.

Love the staff they are kind and considerate. Very helpful when needed and go the extra mile when we switched back to CVS. Switched to Walgreens when we moved away and when we moved back to the area we quickly switched back to CVS.

My 5 stars go to the pharmacist Rena! She’s so nice (all my encounters with her have been at the window) That really means a lot to me. Customer service is important!

Came in store near closing time and could not find a item out of stock on shelf. Earnest found what i could not find. Thanks Earnest you did a great job

Visited the Minute Clinic. Got right in and out. So much faster than the Dr. Office.
