AT&T Store

Had to get a new phone in a hurry and had the pleasure getting Gracie to help. She was very helpful, friendly and overall made the experience pleasant and easy. Would recommend this store. #Ask4Gracie 🙈

At the time I went in the store I was extremely stressed and worried because it was close to closing, and Ethan was there to greet me when I walked in he was more than happy to stay extra, even though the store was about to be closing just to get me a phone he had patience he was understanding he was personable and customer service was excellent. I would definitely return to this company as well as recommend them to any of my friends and family AT&T is my new go to thank you Ethan

Stopped in today for assistance with my phone and Carmen was amazing and fixed my problem in 5 min. Definitely stop in if you need assistance.

Was quite surprised with this store. In the past have experienced very poor/rude customer service and quit going here and would go to another store. However, took a chance and so far the service/staff (Cori) have
been very attentive/helpfull with getting a new device. Hopefully the level of service continues once the item arrives and we get it set up.

Robert is the go to guy. He made our visit fun and he was very knowledgeable. He also has great work ethic. He was trying to help as many people as he could while his co-workers that day did absolutely nothing. We left there very happy with our purchases and the great customer service shown by Robert.

Had a really good experience here . I think we worked with Josh, hope I heard his name right. He was super friendly and helpful. Didn't mind at all that I had a one year old crawling all overthe store then crying to be held. He was really patient and knowledgeable when answering all my phone questions . Very friendly and awesome positive attitude . Was really polite and knew how to start up a conversation while I was waiting for my phone data to transfer to my new phone . Will definitely go here again if I ever have any phone questions or problems!

This is my go to AT&T store. There are two associates that go above my expectations, and my expectations are set pretty high. Brandon and Christopher are knowledgeable, friendly, and always handle any situation I may have. I like that I can put trust into these associates, and know that they are going over any detail that I might not think of. There are never any surprises. Highly recommend coming in to see either associate! They will take care of you!

So at 5:30pm on Sunday evening my phone stopped working! So I had to be “that customer” and come in right before closing. Instead of being greeted by a disgruntled sales associate, I was greeted by the super friendly Brandon! I normally dread going to AT&T and waiting forever to get a phone but Brandon got straight to the point! He was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick out the best phone for me! He even broke it all down and explained what my bill would be! Most in store associates just say I have to call customer service for that, so it was very refreshing to have him tell me right then and there! He was very honest and didn’t try to up sale me. He even waited for me so that I could backup my phone to make sure everything was there before I left even though they were closed! He even helped me pick a cute phone case lol. This is what I call exemplary customer service! He deserves a raise!!

The sales rep, DK, was more helpful than the CS reps on the phone.
I tend to have good service using live chat but having a supervisor flat out lie to me is a major issue. I'll recommend her to people in the future.

Latisha was awesome. She was very accommodating and was giving us options what’s best for our family shared data. I wouldn’t be able to upgrade to a better deal if wasn’t from her. She made us very comfortable and well informed. Thank you so much Latisha!

What a fantastic place to do business. Carmen Sandoval at this location goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy when leaving. She should write a manual on how to offer customer service, because others could learn from her. The store itself is clean, neat, and they have everything you could wish for in regards to devices and plans, and at very reasonable costs. I would recommend this store to anyone in the market for cellular service and accessories, just asked for Carmen.

Had to stop by and get my device reset. The team was quick and friendly. Megan helped troubleshoot my phone and then offered a review of my bill to see if I was overspending. It was refreshing to have such an interaction with a pleasant employee.

We can’t say enough about our experience today. My husband and I took his 87 year old grandma in today to help her figure out how to improve her monthly plan, and upgrade her
iPhone. Cory helped us from the moment we walked in, until we walked out, almost 2 hours later.
He was so patient and kind. He actually took the time to explain what her phone options were and the differences in a way that she understood without being impatient or condescending towards her.
Cory took the time to look at her plan, each phone or tablet that has service, and found a way to restructure things so she was getting the best plan for her needs.
Cory will be our “go- to” guy any time we need

My phone died unexpectedly overnight and I came in in a rush before work to get a new one. Not only were the staff prompt and friendly, but Matt got me situated and set up in record time! It was very clear he really knew his stuff and he was so considerate the whole time that it turned a nightmare morning into a really great day. The quality of Samsung may leave a lot to be desired but the AT&T store knocked it out of the park. Thanks Matt Knott and AT&T!!

Carmen and her entire crew are amazing. Every time I had a issue these last couple weeks they have helped me through it. Great service wonderful people. This will always be my go to store for help. Keep it up the wonderful service.
