I went by today to get a durable power of attorney notarized and my paperwork had errors. This was completely my fault. So I had to make 3 trips between the UPS Store and Greenville County Register of Deeds getting it straightened out. Rami was extremely patient and did everything I asked him to do. Greenville County finally accepted it.

Locally owned and operated go-to Greenville spot for professional printing, packing, shipping, mailboxes and more with a smile in a jiffy! Conveniently located in Hollingsworth Park between Verde Blvd and Woodruff Road. Parking in the rear. This store is what Greenville is all about. Great people running a thriving business through hard work, love and excellent customer service! I will definitely be back!

I drive out of my way to do business here because Owner Mike always remembers me and is always friendly. He and his wife are so nice, the store is very clean, amazing customer service, and they make international shipping easy and organized. This store is so much nicer than the other UPS stores in the area. Thanks Mike!

Mike is a GEM!! When I went in very nervously to ship my sons 2 favorite guitars to college, Mike went right to work. I figured it would have to be two packages, costing twice the price. But Mike was able to find/fashion a sturdy box that fit them BOTH, secure them inside and ship them for us! They arrived in PERFECT condition!! Now, every box I send to my son, I just go straight to him. He’s so friendly and helpful, no muss no fuss!! And now with the self drop off for Amazon, I get a quick waive when I have returns too! It’s my GO TO UPS Store!!

Update: The Christmas season was just nuts and yet, the UPS store somehow made everything so easy. These guys know how to get it done regardless of complexity or timing. I’m so glad that we have this store so close to us.

My favorite store for all my packaging and small business needs. I use them for my business shipping and receiving packages as well as for their Premium mailbox needs. I’ve never had an issue and am always notified in timely manner that my packages have arrived. Their hours are convenient and the location is perfect.
