Had an eagle liftgate that needed a latch, no model or serial number was visible which I understand can cause problems, but when asked for specs on the one I thought it was the response was I'm not sure what you mean by specs but we have to have a model and serial number.

Ordered parts from this company, they send me different parts which is I did not order, they are telling us its all correct instead of offering me exchange, or free overnight replacement, they want me to buy again and charge us more shipping and also stated they don't know when parts will arrive. I did order the same part number from Liftgateme website arrived in one day and correct part that we need.

Take to long to ship parts.
Poor customer service.
