Kim is awesome. She matched my paint perfect. She has 20 years in the business. I swear, I thought she owned the shop. Best kept store, very spacious, neat and organized. Best I’ve seen. Definitely my favorite location.

Your employee Chris made ordering my paint and supplies very easy, and your employee David brought the products out to my car and I didn't have to lift a finger! A smooth and easy process from start to finish! Excellent customer service from both! Thank you!

Best customer service, hands down! Hailey, the Store Manager, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with a paint issue I was having. It’s not often when you come across someone who goes well out of their way for a customer, but if you’re looking for a Sherwin Williams store to visit this is the place!!

5-star customer service from David at this location! I came in to get more paint and primer for our nonprofit project and he was patient and helpful in making sure I got everything I needed in the correct type and amount. He was kind enough to help me out financially so we could afford what we needed to finish up our home renovation project for a family in need! At the end, he helped me to my car and loaded it up for me. I know everyone does that part, but David did it best! Thank you for everything!

By far, this is the best Sherwin Williams store in the city!!! Chris was extremely helpful in locating the paints we needed for our new house. He definitely went above and beyond all expectations!! This is now my "go to" store for all of my paint needs!!

I’m a first time home buyer and was looking for paint. The associate walked me through the process and made me feel like a valued customer. She was extremely knowledgeable of the products and willing to educate me. It was a great experience.

Great people to work with. I have used 3 different locations. One being in in Houston (Jersey Village area close to Jones road and Fallbrook), Conroe, and Huntsville. All were helpful and worked with me to get a good deal. Houston location helped educate me on the different grades of SW paints including the ones carried at the big box stores.

The folks that work at the one on Jones Road are always so helpful. I am not an expert painter so when I start a project and have something in mind, they are kind and professional about suggestions (ie: satin VS semi gloss paint... Primer VS no primer). Etc.. I appreciate their help!
