They didn't carry the brand I was looking for however the sales associate said I should check with the company to see if I could get the part I needed directly from them...so I did and it was covered by warranty! Super helpful staff..will definitely use them again.

Wow, what outstanding customer service. Went in for a plumbing part. Turns out it was 2 parts that needed to be put together. Jeremy was great, he spent quite a bit of time making sure I had exactly what I needed and provided some welcome advice that was invaluable to a novice DIYer. Highly recommend Moore Plumbing Supply in Humble if you are looking for knowledgeable, friendly staff and reasonable prices.

David M. did an amazing job of helping me in finding the parts I needed and taking the time to understand the issue I was trying to resolve. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly when I had to return again (due to my own mistake). I'm very happy with the service I received. Thank you again!

My husband and i had the pleasure of meeting Allison over the weekend and we had a great experience! She helped us select all our fixtures and necessities for our bathroom remodel. I've never been more grateful for a good supply store than today, February 20th. Like many, my family suffered busted pipes in the cold snap, and we haven't had water for six days. Every other supply store I've visited was sold out or a free-for-all. When I went to Moore, there was a line, but it was well worth my time. I got the fixtures I needed to get my family's water back on. Even though they'd been working long shifts, the employees were patient, courteous, and helpful. Moore Supply is outstanding.

I love this place we had so many busted pipes and they had all the materials we needed. They came out to the line to ask all the customers what they were looking for and they let you know if they had it or not. So nobody would stand in line for along time just to find out they didn't have what they needed. Awesome place employees here are awesome too!!! I went to the one in Humble. Very greatful!!!!

Helpful, although they didn't mention that my part was a lifetime warranty item, I didn't care. They had it in stock. They were friendly, it was reasonable and that is what matters. I appreciated their kindness and generosity of humor at my situation. I am a customer for life.

We've extremely enjoyed our selection/shopping trips at this store. Ms. Brooke Leach, an intelligent, pleasant and efficient lady in store really made our trips worthwhile. We started there for our first shopping trip on plumbing needs for our new house a couple of weeks ago, and never expected the whole thing would be done in a single store. Brooke made it so much easier for us on pricing, selections and alternatives. She provided plain, simple and effective solutions with considerations for cost efficiency, and quick turnaround too. After the first trip, we both decided to work with her for entire plumbing needs for the whole house. In just three trips, we're done shopping! We wish we could rate Brooke and her store a "6" out of the scale of 1-5! What do we know about "Humble"! Go shop there and you will find out.

We had a broken part of an obscure faucet. The guy at the counter knew at first glance that they didn't have the part, but still helped us find the contact for free warranty replacement. We won't hesitate to go back to them
