The UPS Store

I stopped in this morning, which I am thankful the location was open today. I had some returns to do and it took me a some extra time because a couple of items were the exact same but different sizes and they got a little confusing. Mildred assisted me today She was extremely helpful and patient while I tried to get it sorted out. Thank you so much for being pleasant and patient with me while I got it figured out. Exceptional customer service is beyond appreciated.

My experiences at this location have always been quick and easy. - My most recent visit, my little one was fussing and I thought to come back and try again another day. Brian was so genuine and patient helping me ready gifts to send to loved ones that we wouldn’t get to see for the holidays. New parents don’t forget such moments of kindness. Thank you, thank you!

This store is great. Brian was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help me with my returns. This isn’t the closest UPS Store to me, but I will plan to make this my UPS Store of choice.

Perhaps the busiest UPS Store in the North Fort Worth area. But, surprisingly, usually, little wait. Store is well staffed.

Logan was so helpful and kind. He truly was a delight. His customer service skills are impeccable. I never thought I would ever have this great of an experience at a UPS store until I got him! Great job UPS you hired a GOOD ONE!

Tiffany helped me out today and she was the nicest and most helpful worker I’ve interacted with out of all the UPS stores I’ve been! Other UPS stores messed up my package but this place has really good customer service. Definitely will come again! SO to Tiffany for being an og :))

The customer service member was very friendly and super helpful. He greeted me when I came in, helped me choose the right packaging, and got me out of there in no time. I appreciate his helpfulness and attention.

I take Amazon returns to this store all of the time and the staff are always helpful. This morning I was supposed to put my Amazon return in a bag but missed that in the instructions. Logan saved the day though! He offered to package my Amazon return for me so that I would have to make another trip to the store to complete my return! A Monday morning that could have been a hassle ended up being a great start to my week!

I love this UPS store because of friendly staffs and environment. I got my notary done here and thankful to nice lady who done the notary smoothly. Shout out and thank you to Simran. She is the best. Highly recommended.

Simran is one of the best reps with knowledge, skills and great attitude of helping customers. She was extremely helpful and courteous with all my tasks.

The team at this UPS Store is fantastic! If you ever have to come in to get documents notarized, Simran does a wonderful job! She’s quick, efficient, and at this point, she’s seen me once a month since the start of this year.

Side note: every time I come to the UPS Store, the line of customers gets taken care of almost as quickly as when it forms. Simran and her team should be commended for their hard work!

I have always had great and quick service at this location but two days ago it really stood out!! Tiffany was so friendly and helpful- she was so patient and really went above and beyond to help me. She is the best!

Simran was very patient and helpful last Friday. Her customer service skills are better than what I have seen in a very long time. I felt like I was taking too much of her time, but she reassured me over and over again that it was totally fine. She is a asset to your company. This is my go to place and the staff is phenomenal. Always a great attitude and super efficient. If you need something- this store can get it done. If it's copies or needing a notary. Forget the other stores - I can always count on this one.

Great location always very nice and take care of business quickly and professionally. Trae was great got me taken care of with my reason for visiting today. Him and another employee named Brian also made it fun by talking about baseball with me because they noticed I was wearing a shirt from my favorite team. Great service! We needed to notarize a document and after we were not being helped by the bank that we bank for many years (Wells Fargo at alliance town center, bcse they said we needed an appt), we ended up going to this this UPS store and they helped us! They’re just great!

Most of the time employee's dont offer much help or assistance. As a disabled person I normally need help with questions or assitance. I always hope the worker has patience and won't make me feel like a burden or an inconvenience. Most of the time I leave places discouraged. I don't leave reviews at all good or bad but the service Logan F provided needed to be shared. He went out of his way to help me and meet every single one of my needs and some. I felt heard and was given reassurance. Good job. I wish more people were like him. . I don't go to UPS often but when I do I will always request him!

I’ve only used this location to buy stamps and return Amazon stuff, but it’s quick and easy! And the employees are very nice. No complaints

I walked in on a rainy day dragging stuff in and Brian immediately stepped around the counter and offered assistance. He taped a box up for me to return a mirror and I was just very impressed with the customer service I received from this UPS location! I was dreading returning a package because I didn’t want to deal with the employees at the UPS on beach street but somehow accidentally ended up at this location and I’ll be visiting this location for my returns! 🤣
