My son had a rough ear infection, our Rx was not in stock, and they turned over every rock to get the medicine he needed. Not only were they highly effective, they interacted in a warm, personable, friendly and urgent manner. Richard’s team has won my loyalty for life

I want to give a review to cvs at 27th ave. Miss Midalys one of the people at the front cashiers is excellent. She is very profesional, and runs the extra mile if there is an otc article needed. There are some others that are rough and not helpful. But Miss Midalys is an example of service in the pharmacy. My congratulations for having such a professional employee.

I often go to this CVS and I've never had any problem with the staff at the pharmacy and at the store. Nobody has ever been rude to me. In fact, today l was attended by Shantoria who was very welcoming and cheerful :)

This CVS sometimes gets so so reviews but let me just say that the pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!

My little dog Lizzie and I look forward to our daily walks that often include going to the CVS on Grand Ave. It's a friendly place where you often meet & have a chat with your neighbors, friends or people who are just waiting in line.

Nice staff, clean store,pharmacy seems to work well. Occasionally good deals but like many CVS certain items are 20% overpriced. I guess you pay extra for convenience. No issues to report

The peoples are friendly. When you walk in the door, they greet you with good morning or good afternoon. At the pharmacy a couple of the worker greet you by name when you walk up to the counter. They will also take the time to find something for you on the floor instead of just pointing. The store is clean and the prices are good especially when it's buy one get one free. Lol.

Come to the CVS of coconut grove and ask for Ana…… she will help you to use your care pass and all your coupons and discounts. She is the best
