Its a great store... it has soon many great toys for people that have autism or sensory disorder.. shoot even my fiance, myself and my children had fun in there... and the prices range but are affordable..

Today we received a beautiful plush fox. My daughter loves it! Thank you Holly for making my daughter’s day!

Love this shop! Took my kiddo's in to see what all they had. Let me tell you, they have EVERYTHING to make a kid happy. As well as no-one stopping the kids from touching and trying things. I have never been in a shop quite like this one. I was greeted and engaged in conversation about my kids needs by (Holly) the owner when we first walked in. She made suggestions on what we may be interested in. The store was clean, neat and well stocked. She offered me coffee and a couch to lounge on while the kids wore themselves out in the play room and rock wall. All prices were clearly marked. We will definately come back to this shop. It is a great change from any other shop we have been in. My kids call it the toy store. LOVE Holly and Puzzle Pieces!!

An awesome place with really great products. Holly is polite, selfless and truly is focused on the happiness of every child that comes in the store and is a great resource for parents, especially those with special needs. I've been into the store many times and have always found the products to be priced fairly, accurately described and Holly and her staff were always a pleasure to be around. Glad we have a place like this around Cincinnati. Keep up the great work! See you again soon!

Our. 2 year old granddaughter is experiencing some expressive language and sensory challenges so we visited Puzzle Pieces on 2.26.2022 to check out their offerings. Holly, the owner, greeted us warmly and was able to make some great suggestions for sensory materials. We spent quite some time looking at the vast inventory of sensory and play items and ended up spending almost $200, money well worth it. We also ordered a hoody with a special faux fur lining in the front pocket, which we think our granddaughter will love!! We plan to return soon with our granddaughter so she can explore the multiple wonderful play areas Holly has set up for her clients. This store is an absolute GEM for all parents, not just those of children with sensory issues!!!

Incredible store I discovered by referral as today my son was informally diagnosed with ADHD. I walked in and the owner was there to greet me, help me explore the store and she engaged with me when she sensed I needed questions answered. The perfect store for a child with lots of sensory and energy needs! I can’t wait to take my kids in to play *for free* in their play & sensory rooms!!

Such a positive experience! I have never felt more comfortable taking my son in a store, and his first word when we walked in was “Whoa!”. So thankful a store like this exists! And the interactions with the staff both over the phone and in store were so pleasant. We will definitely be frequenting this store!

WOW! This store is beyond amazing! The owner was super helpful, friendly, and very caring. We drove over an hour hoping to find my son some learning toys, and we found that and more! It really is a one time shop, but you’re going to want to keep coming back because it’s that great. This is seriously the best store ever! We finally found a store that has what we been looking for. While you’re shopping there’s a sensory room, and it’s so beautiful! Its relaxing, but also playful! Puzzle Pieces isn’t your regular store the owner cares about kids and everything is very well priced. They also make weighted blankets and custom t-shirts/hoodies!

This is the most amazing place i have ever been to. My son was able to touch, play, and explore anything he chose to. We felt acceptance for our child with severe autism from the moment we walked in. Holly, the owner, was able to watch my son and then make suggestions for toys and activities he may enjoy. She was caring, compassionate, understand, and truly a blessing for our family!!! I will continue coming here for as long as they have this business. I encourage any autism or special needs family to come to this store. You will be amazed!!! I recently had a chance to go in and check the new store out. It was a very cool place! From the moment you walk in, it had a very nice ambiance. I loved the variety! I have 2 kids with special needs and found a couple great things that they loved. The owner is extremely caring and you can tell she has a passion for what she does! Keep up the great work!

My son was diagnosed with autism at 2 years old(he’s now 5) and he absolutely loves this place. I never have to worry about being judged for the way he acts in public or meltdowns because holly understands. They always have everything we need and it’s so nice that he can play in the sensory area while we look around the store. I’d rate it 100 stars if I could!

Wish I could give this store more than 5 stars. My daughter has Dravet Syndrome. She has sensory issues due to all the seizures and this is the best store! She LOVES this store - they even have a sensory room (AMAZING!!). We spent almost 2 hours there today - Holly (the owner) was so patient. Showed my daughter new items. It is a very hands on store - the kids (or in our case, young adult) can touch, feel and play with things before buying. Prices are fantastic as well!!!

Absolutely amazing store. My kids LOVE this place and so do I! It’s so fun and has a number of hands on activities. The owner is super nice as well, adding to the amazing experience.

This place is amazing. So many awesome toys and doodads for kids and tons of stuff setup for them to play with while you're there. These aren't your standard mainstream cartoon kid toys either, they're blocks and gadgets and gizmos and super colorful shapes, sizes, textures, you name it. A must visit for families.

Favorite speciality store I have ever been in! Definitely always getting our Chewlery here and thankful to be able to check the different styles for my daughter's preference!

Puzzle Pieces is such a wonderful store for all children, but is sorely needed for children with special needs. I still remember the joy I felt when I discovered a place close to home where I could take my son to try out the equipment before we brought it home! Wonderful place, wonderful owner, Holly, who is so helpful, knowledgable and kind. Highly recommended!

Wow, the exceptional needs community REALLY needed this store and what a store it is! Thank goodness! The store is a haven for parents and their sensory-sensitive kiddos. Every detail has been thought of, the placement of toys, the mood, lighting, sounds, touch and taste (offers keurig coffee)! Really, you and your child could spend the whole day here. The owner knows personally what the journey is like with a special needs child and it shows in the thought put forth in this wonderland for our families. My daughter is autistic and instantly felt at home here and comfortable enough to try to speak ( she's non- verbal, but trying) gesture and pick out toys she wanted, then she hung out on the couch to watch the kaleidoscope video playing before proceeding to the books! We didn't even get to the sensory room! I guess that's for our next trip!💙💓💜💚💝🙏

All I can say is WOW!!!. I visited Puzzle Pieces today with both my boys and found amazing toys for both of them 4hrs ago and they are still playing with them. I highly recommend the gel mats, jellyfish aquarium, and the warmies stuffed animal that smells like lavender that warm up when you put it in the microwave. Amazing. Thank you Holly for recommending these toys for us and for opening a great store. We will definitely come back soon.❤

Truly a Sensation! Puzzle Pieces is a unique and welcoming store for all ages and abilities. Finding sensory products at general retailers is difficult, but Holly has created a sensory needs wonderland with offerings of all types. I purchased 2 adorable Nummy Beads necklaces for my girls to help with thumb sucking and they are LOVING them. What an amazing local resource for families with autism and special needs! Thanks Holly, I look forward to visiting again.

I have sensory problems due to brain surgery. I love how you can touch the product before you buy so you know if the texture will bother you. The owner and workers are very kind. They have stuff for kids of all ages plus teens. I highly recommend this store
